This is by far the best Ulta I've ever been to. Well stocked and clean. I was thoroughly impressed and this location gave me hope in the Ulta franchise again.

10/10 experience here!! I’m not super knowledgeable on makeup but Jillian and Sarah were SO helpful, knowledgeable and kind! I was looking for a hydrating foundation and they helped me find the best option for me and found my color match. It was also just really a fun time they were the sweetest gals!! They gave me really great tips as well to apply it the best way for smoothest coverage and no creases. Ask for one of them if you go to this location!

Older lady that checked me out (name Jennifer on the receipt) was very rude. She practically threw my bag across the counter at me when done.

I went to this store to pick up a few things, and had exceptionally great service! The girls working the front counter were so helpful, friendly, and informative. Especially coming in 1 hour before close on a Friday night… Ashley, Corinne, and Tayma- they rule!!! Those girls need a raise!

Staff had attitude while checking out for no reason. I was not greeted when entering the store eventhough 3 employees were hanging out at the front!

I usually have a great experience at this ulta and I frequently stop in. Recently I had an experience where I had asked for a recommendation for an eye cream and the employee was very kind and showed me a good one. Another employee then proceeded to walk up to me and ask me what was going on with my skin and told me that I must be using the wrong things. I have an inflammatory disease so it was very red and irritated. The way that she was talking to me made me feel very insecure about my skin and I walked away feeling upset. I just hope this can be a lesson to not point out other peoples insecurities because you never know the reality of the situation.

I went in for a deep conditioning treatment and a trim. She cut almost 6 inches off of my curly hair! I wanted to cry! When I said something to her she said she only cut 1"-1.5"! My hair was almost to my bra and now is barely to the top of my shoulders!! ?

During our visit, Sarah Carr was verry helpful and made both of my sister's day ? and worked with them with great care in making thoughtful recomendations for skincare, moisturizers, and makeup products, that would be most benefital for helping them achieve the right feel and look they desired. Also I recieved help from an associate that explained to me all the great benefits of a facial cleanser they had in, which im excited to see the results!!!

I feel terrible I didn’t catch her name! But the gal at the Mac area is absolutely amazing and adorable! Been in twice to see her and she is so professional, personable and just overall amazing!!! Thank you for helping me feel beautiful in my old age.

Was in the store yesterday. No one assisted me, I was in need of new foundation. I tried on a few shades unsuccessfully. I needed to clean the product from my face. None of the makeup stations where napkins and makeup remover should be were stocked. They were all completely empty. I had to use brown paper towel and a makeup remover tester to clean my face. Again, no one was there to assist me. I ended up purchasing the wrong shade of foundation despite using the shade finder online. Nevertheless I won’t be frequenting this location as the customer service was non existent, the shelves are poorly stocked, and they don’t seem to be improving.

I went in to Ulta last week looking for a new foundation. Jillian was super helpful in helping shade match me and recommended a great product! I was so thankful for her help and I love the foundation she recommended.

5 stars for the amazing assistance I was given by Kelly the Sales Manager at Southlake. Had I not had her help with my return I would have given it 1 star for a terrible return policy. Be warned ladies, that you have to have your items returned within 60 days or you will receive only credit. My issue came when I returned an item post 60 days, and the cashier gave me credit on a card, but it was a “store only” card. My original purchase was online. The items I wanted to use the credit for were “online only”. I made 3 phone calls to customer service and the store trying to figure out a way to convert that “store only” card into an online order, with all telling me it couldn’t be done. Then I tried one last time and got to Kelly! Yay! This is a girl with the customer in mind! How refreshing! She told me to come in and one way or the other she would make sure I was able to use it for the online items I wanted. When I got to the store she patiently worked her way through a few scenarios, all the whole conversing pleasantly with me. She didn’t make me feel like this was a bother at all. This girl is obviously a problem solver who values customer retention, and satisfaction. She ordered my items for me and they are being shipped directly to my home. Great job, Kelly, and thank you. I will continue to shop Ulta for their great selection and competitive prices.

I went to the benefit brow bar and saw Gabby. She did a good job, was personable and attentive. I will visit her again.
