“Let me just tell you, Ms. D and Mason were absolutely awesome. Me and my kiddos came in late, and they were not trying to rush us out of the store at all. They were so sweet and helpful to us. Ms. D was so patient and kind to my kiddos and even helped one check out on her own (she’s 7). I would absolutely suggest this 5 below to anyone in the area! It was very clean and well stocked too. 10 out of 10!”

“Shopping at this store is amazing. Shopping here is a wonderful experience . The customer service is outstanding too. I love shopping for the compressed towels for travels. It’s an amazing store with amazing finds and a great location.”

“We stopped in here on request of my wife, but I ended up liking the store too. It's like an Asian Dollar Tree with tons of products you wouldn't normally find in American dollar stores from Japanese Snacks to stationary with San Rio characters on it. The store is huge, and you'll have a lot to look at, and the staff was friendly. If this sounds even remotely interesting, give this place a shot.”
201 N Summit Ave, Lewisville TX 75067
“I always find something here. I tend to go for things like foil pans as they are cheaper here than the dollar store. Quite often they send coupons. Some of the prices for beauty products here are no cheaper than other places and food items are quite pricey. But for other random household items this place is a winner.”

“Not bad for a Five Below. Could use nicer staff and be a little cleaner. Overall, a pretty decent experience. Love all the kids items available! Lots of practical things to buy as well.”

“I recently witness one of the sharpest minds at the checkout! Young Harley at the store is one sharp and smart lady! My entire order got checked out with the wrong credit card - and she was not only patient, but reassured me it can be all switched very swiftly and voila! She rang up all the 30 items in no time. Her attitude and efficiency was just next level! Additionally she made l sure I could use the discount I had via email - ( I didn’t even want to put her though this trouble, but she wanted to give her customers nothing less than the best) which wasn’t working at first but she found a way to make it come through. People like her make this world a better place! Thank you Harley!”

“Love the store so clean and organized, definitely always in season, staff are so nice and inviting. Though some things were out of their package (not the stores fault and don’t mind)”

“Love this store! There's so many good finds here! And the prices are not bad at all. I just got a hand held fan here and it's been fairly good so far. A must stop at store when you're at the mall! Lots of kids stuff too.”

“A very strange fusion of Dollar general with Party City or at least that's the vibe it gives off. They have a lot of very inexpensive and in some cases very cheap decorations.... Yes, there is a difference between inexpensive and cheap. If you plan to throw any decoration you buy here away, you have come to the right place. I would not look to buy any Deco here that you can keep from event to event. We spent $70 pretty quickly on a bunch of birthday deco and TBH I really don't know where The Deco went but I was told it was all used. We purchased some pantry stuff. A fairly sizable store located inside a previously failed Pier 1 imports, yet on a Friday mid-afternoon there was only one employee in the whole place. So the merch is whatever you decide, but just don't expect to get a lot of help if you need it.”

“Honestly we were pleasantly surprised. 1st time going to a pOpshelf and we loved it! They have so many great deals too! The staff lady was very sweet and friendly towards our toddler. They had a fun game of peak-a-boo on and off. It was cute and hilarious. Will be back! Thank you for making our experience great!”

“The nerd in me absolutely loves this store. So many fun notepads, pens, and creative supplies. The vibe is upbeat and the employees are always welcoming and super friendly. One of my gotos for party supplies, gifts, and snacks as well.”

“I absolutely love PopShelf. It's one of my favorite stores. I brought a friend once that had never been here and we did have one rude staff member but I had never had a problem here before that or after. Prices are always low and there's always some type of discounts going on.”

“Our cashier was so nice she greeted us with a big smile, and alone with a positive attitude. I can't remember her name on the receipt it says her associate number is 828029.”

“Great store, is kinda like a five and below but way better. Everything is organized, the store smells good and is clean. Items are very good quality, have some good stuff with good brands, is cheap and have really good discounts. Only downside is the app does not work, other than that is a 10/10 store, and it closes late (9pm)”
3567 North Belt Line Road, Irving TX 75062
“I love dollar stores. Good selection of items. Reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because you need to pay careful attention to prices ... some things more then $1 and not marked so you don't know you have been charged more.”

“I love pOpshelf! I went to this location the first time a couple days ago. The store was super clean, and it was easy to find prices on the items that I was looking for. I bought a bunch of flower pots, and they were a reasonable price (one of the reasons I love this place). Jade was working that day, and she was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend going to this store. I will be back!”

“The worker was greeting everyone at the entrance unlike people are saying on other reviews. Maybe they change the employee now. I usually got five below for my posters. I find the posters section was neatly managed than other below fives. They were organized on their corresponding numbers, which made it easier for me to find.”

“Great customer service great find and great deals! The manager Logan was very kind and was able to help me save up on some money on there discount I'll definitely be coming back!”

“one of the cashiers was insanely rude to my mom when we bought persona merch and we had another very kind cashier come in to assist us. also gave us more p3 merch on a cheap deal. experience was a bit bad but persona merch”
Dollar General opened its 20,000th U.S. store on February 24th in Alice, Texas. It’s a major milestone for the discount chain that started as one small general store back in 1955. Starting with a ribbon cutting ceremony, the grand opening celebration began at 9am. First customers received some freebies - tote bags filled with free product samples and snacks from DG's Clover Valley brand.
