“The staff here is awesome. Everyone is super friendly. Overnight parking is allowed. Plenty of room to maneuver your truck. Early check in time at 6:30am. Drivers usually loaded or unloaded and out of here in around 30 minutes.”

Just when we thought last year was tough, this year leveled up and took #1 in my short list of 7 years of service as a teacher. To have such kind, helpful and giving establishment and staff is truly a blessing straight from God himself. LARRY, is an angel and has the patience of one too. He helped us newbies understand the process and kept up with us throughout our whole time there. He truly cares. He has that "big heart, tough love, I want the best for you" dad vibes. “The first thing you do upon arrival is to make an check in , and they will give you a dock for unloading or loading .. Good in dealing and fast in unloading and loading. I will give them five stars ....”

“My appointment was on a Sunday and I got into the dock about 45 minutes before my appointment time where they quickly loaded me. It would’ve been five stars if I had not been over gross and had to return. However, they were quick to put me back into a door and get me reworked and out the gate as quick as possible. This has been a positive experience.”

“We use Jasper for hard-to-source transmissions or when we can't get parts to rebuild ourselves. Their customer service has always been excellent. We recently sent back a core and forgot to remove a fitting that we needed - we called the Grand Prairie location and they set the unit aside, removed the part and had it waiting for us when we went to pick it up. Kudos to Ricky and the rest of the Jasper staff in Grand Prairie.Service: Transmission”

“Good treatment and attention to the driver inside there are bathrooms at reception at door 20 you check in they attend to you at the time of your appointment not before I recommend you arrive 15 minutes before to report they ask you for your license unloading number and a copy of the loding bill they assign you door You can't break the seal on the box, you go backwards and stick to the door where you unload without opening the doors until they remove the seal and tell you to open the doors. You can sleep in front of it without any problems. Unload in 45 minutes. Regards to everyone excellent day”

“I really like this Costco, to be honest I like almost all Costcos, since it's in Southlake it's a little more swanky than some of the other ones in the area. The employers are great and the layout is conducive to find anything you didn't know you wanted. Because it's Southlake the optical department has more high-end frames than some of other local stores.”
