“Normally, I never go out on Black Friday for obvious reasons, but a Talbots email regarding new arrivals for Black Friday coaxed me out. In particular, an adorable Christmas sweater! Luckily, the Talbots Southlake location had the sweater in my size and I was able to take advantage of the Black Friday offer.At first, I wasn't sure the store was open, as I did not see any activity. Much to my relief, the store was open and very nice inside, with a great layout of all items for viewing. The lady who assisted me was very nice and helpful. I definitely will come back to this location for future purchases.”

“Khols is the most underrated store. If u kno..u kno!! It's mid July and we grabbed back to school backpacks (they have Nike Adidas and JANSPORT!!) the freshest drops all together with a huge variation of same style lunch boxes! Everything is on sale and they coupon so much! I save $256.00 on a $543.00!!! it was CRAZY! I COLLECTED $100 in khols cash with this purchase which brings my bill basically down to $443.00 in all reality!”

“I like TJ Maxx it feels like your mystery shopping. You just never know what you’re gonna find. That being said they seem to be losing their luster. The clothes look very dated. The patterns are extremely busy and they don’t feel fresh and crisp and new I’ve seen better in past years, I hope they take the time to reevaluate their stores and actually try to give these women what they want because we are all over the shopping arena. We shop for our men for our boys for our mothers and our fathers for our children and friends,. we actually hold the key to the city. For the nations, gross domestic products. I am woman hear me ROAR,”

“Everyone in this store deserves a shout out! From the manager all the way to the sales associates, I have always been greeted kindly and received top notch customer service. Who doesn't want to shop in a place where your business is valued and the staff gets personal joy out of helping you choose clothing and give styling advice? I recently had to make a sizable return because I had ordered multiple sizes in various items before a business trip. I needed to make sure I had the right size to choose from. I was graciously helped with the return, something I normally dread doing at some places. The ladies are a team and they make you feel like you are visiting good friends who want to help you look your best. This place is my go to when I need something new for an event or just fun. I will continue visiting this Southlake shop for the "EVEREVE magic".”

“For the past couple of years I have gone to Chicos on line to order tall jeans. It always seems I am unable to order a tall in my size. So, January 4, I was in the Southlake Chicos store and decided to ask about this problem. The 2 associates who I so wish I would have remembered their names immediately began to help me by locating my tall jean from other stores to be sent to me. I received them yesterday and they were perfect, meaning in tall lady language, they were long enough. Thank you so much for your friendly professional assistance. I am grateful.”

“Jane and Kathleen helped us at the southlake location on Feb 25, 2024. The vibe of the store is very calm and positive. They outfitted my tween granddaughter with several things and she was thrilled! Everyone who works there is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this store over Lululemon, which has a very chaotic atmosphere.”
“Love this store. Only issue is that one salesman seems to try and push everyone out the door so quickly. Went in memorial weekend and the salesman said they aren't letting people try stuff on. Roughly 30 seconds later, another gentleman walks in and another salesman immediately starts letting them try stuff on. Not sure if we just aren't being taken serious but I've bought something at this location every time I've been there. Hope to see this get improved.”

“I've never had a bad experience at this location. I shop here often since Vineyard Vines is one of my absolute favorite brands, and the staff is always so kind and welcoming. They always offer water and are quick to help find anything we might be looking for, which I really appreciate. However, they can read a room, and will back off and let me shop when I'm focused and need space.
The selection is decent given the store's smaller size, but the quality of the clothing never disappoints. Between the friendly team and the dependable brand, this location continues to be one of my favorites to shop.”
