“We recently made the switch to Verizon from our previous phone company, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision! Our old company had become extremely expensive, and we were frustrated with being charged for upgrades and services that we never approved. Matt was friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent about our options. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We’re so glad we finally made the switch! Thank you, Matt at Verizon, for making the experience so easy and giving us peace of mind. We highly recommend Verizon! 📱”
