“Found Bearden Automotive through online search, then discovered good friends have been taking their Lexus there for years. I'm a new customer for my 2023 Toyota Highlander. Maintenance light had come on, but I only needed an oil change and nothing else at 58,000 miles. So no unnecessary charge and service. I can come back at 80,000 miles. Being able to make an appt. is so convenient as well. I'm very satisfied and will now be a regular customer!”
“This was a really great experience that I didn't know what to expect. I had some major issues with my phone and needed to backup everything to Google this was Saturday 8/8/26 Miloni and LA was sooooo helpful and knowledgeable with getting all of my things backed up which was great my phone crashed and didn't come all the way back on (not their fault at all) It was a Moto Razor having major issues they both did their part to get everything backed up!! Then Monday 8/10/26 Eddie really helped me as well I came back with a back up phone to help load all of my Google stuff I got backed up on my broken Moto Razor we had to get my number transferred from my broken phone to the back up phone so I could even get in Google and Eddie help to get that to happen I had to call my provider to get the numbers swapped and once that happened Eddie was able to help me get all logged in and everything backon this phone I am able to leave this review on now. Just wanted to give all 3 people their props!! They was very very helpful I would definitely come back to this particular store for anything I may need to do with Google thanks again guys I really appreciate the help when I was in a tight bind.”

“It was worth the 47 minute drive to this location. Since I’ve had my car (purchased new - me the only owner- 11 years) - I replaced the factory battery 🔋 with an IB battery. The service is always good and I appreciate IB honoring the warranty.
At this location, Stuart took my call and confirmed they had my battery in stock and encouraged me to come to the location before 4 pm and they could take care of the battery replacement. Got there and Jonathon was super transparent and even gave me history lesson on Southeast Austin. When you get honesty and transparency- it’s worth the drive. Jonathon thanks for the Klingemann Car Care recommendation- they replaced the corroded battery connectors. 🤭”

“I forgot to ask for the employees names, but it was a young guy and a girl and they were super helpful.. I’m from Dallas and was on a short trip to Austin and I had just ported over my number from another carrier but the port didn’t go through.. I was without service all day Saturday and Sunday I visited early in the morning and the girl was super knowledgeable, she got my problem fixed within 2 mins of me being there.. I also was planning on getting the WiFi and the young guy helped me set that up as well.. Great staff, super helpful and friendly”
