In the last few months, I had countertops in two baths, laundry room and kitchen replaced by Emerald Granite. They did an excellent job in every room! Dre was always so helpful when selecting quartz. Their communication was very professional and the team was always on time.

I’m a GC and my company uses Emerald Granite Works for all of our jobs. They do outstanding work. Detailed oriented and professional. Very accommodating with our schedule and they have great customer service. They are always quick to reply and are head ache free. 5 stars across the board for them.

Very poor communication. Made chances to approved plans without informing customer. Arrived without contracted material or equipment. Now not responding to requests for buffing damaged area. Would not recommend.

I had the best experience with Emerald Granite Works! Chad, Brandon, and Dustin were top notch in getting the measurements done accurately and quick, helping me find the perfect stone for my fireplace and having a truly seamless install. Could not recommend them more.

I looked at almost every countertop installer in the area and was not impressed, until I found Emerald. The whole team at Emerald was outstanding. James was very professional and accommodating from the first time I walked in until the job was complete. Dustin came and measured and was very professional and on time. Chad, Brandon and Austin completed the the installation and it turned out fabulous. They were efficient, professional and the install was perfect! I would refer Emerald to anyone looking for excellent quality and customer service!

James, Dustin, Brandon, and Austin were an amazing team to work with from start to finish. We had a few small / medium size and somewhat unique situations in the bathroom and kitchen of our tiny homes that they were able to create into beautiful pieces, helping maximize the space in a cohesive fashion. We had a great experience using Emerald Granite Works. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and professional. They had just the quartz we were looking for and cut one giant slab to perfection for our bathroom. It looks amazing. I also really appreciated that they showed up right on time and let us know when they were on their way. I don't hesitate to recommend them for a project.

We wanted to replace our outdated dark granite countertops, and we walked into the Emerald Granite shop in Spicewood. They impressed us from that first visit, and we didn’t look anywhere else. Chad, Dustin, and James were all very responsive and did a great job. We were very pleased.

Outstanding work from EGW on our new quartz countertops. James was punctual, communicative, and collaborative throughout the process. His team handled disposal/demo of our existing material at a very reasonable cost. I researched other options from Lowe's which would have been more than 2x the cost of Emerald and I'm confident Emerald's craftsmanship is top notch having seen other redone countertops. Keep up the great work!

I had replacement cabinets installed under existing granite. As a result 2 seams separated and were uneven on both sides of the angled sink. They used special equipment to grind the edges to the same level and sealed them back together. They also repaired 6 chips. The 2 man crew was quick, efficient and professional. I highly recommend their professional work.
