“I have been referred to Lowes several times by the other big box hardware store on the south side of Marble Falls.
Customer service is great. Someone is there to help you with a question or to carry heavy items to your vehicle. I no longer drive through Marble Falls from Burnet. I simply go to Lowes.”

“Unlike the other big box store on the south side of Marble Falls, Lowe's has never referred me to another store for what I need. When I need help or have a question, employees are there to help. Not play hide and seek as it seems with the other store.
The nursery department is great! The employees assigned to the nursery department are very helpful.
