“My kitty was sick on the weekend, and my regular vet is closed on saturday. I called around a bit, and NO ONE would take a new patient on a Saturday - except Highland Lakes Vet. Everyone was polite, kind, and considerate. I had driven a considerable way, and they worked me in fairly quickly. The vet was very thorough and seemed very competant, and explained many possibilities to me. Excellent overall!”

“Mine story is sad but Pet Pals was not at fault. My beloved 4 month old cat Ruby passed away while she was being spade. She had a bad reaction to the anesthesia and passed away on the table. That can happen to any pet. My older cat was spade there a few years ago and everything was great. They have a great staff and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. RIP Ruby.”
