“I am forever grateful to Paleface Veterinary Clinic for how they handled an emergency with my dog, Harry. I was a frantic, crying mess when I called, but they didn’t hesitate for a second to tell me to come straight in.The moment we walked through the door, Benjamin at the front office wrapped us in total comfort. He immediately rushed Harry to the back to get help. Knowing how scared I was, Benjamin actually came back out a few moments later just to reassure me. He wanted me to know that Harry wasn't just sitting somewhere waiting, but was already being cared for.( Benjamin is ALWAYS kind! )That simple, beautiful act of compassion meant the world to me . I also LOVE Dr. Tabitha. She always gives great feedback and truly cares. What a great team you have there!!! I'm sorry that I didn't catch the name of your tech on duty. “We have used Highland Lakes Vet Clinic for at least 10 years and 3 dogs. They are easy to get an appt and upfront with diagnosis. This last time the doctor explained the results of Gracie’s test results in great detail and answered all my questions. My only concern is that I think their prices are extremely high.”

“Hope clinic is absolutely exceptional. I had never been here before and when my horse was bitten by a rattle snake I called every single vet I could and noone had time. They were all busy or didnt travel. With our truck broken down we had no way to rush him in and I was in tears. I called Hope and they treated me as if it was their horse who was bitten. Asked for pictures and videos called me several times to work with me for every angle and then the amazing Vet Krista came out and took car of my horse. She came right to my house gave him the shots and meds he needed and im happy to say he is doing so much better. They made sure to fit him in even when busy because they didnt know him but to them All Animals matter!!!! These people get every gold star i can give and I recommend them fully!!!”

“I came into a situation involving two, twenty-year-old geldings that had not received any veterinary treatments in several years and that were malnourished due to improper feed. Dr. Fry promptly responded to my call for service. He is an experienced, knowledgeable, no-nonsense vet who thoroughly examined and diagnosed the horses’ conditions. Unfortunately, one horse’s health was so poor, euthanasia was necessary. In two sessions of treatments, he started the recovery process for the remaining gelding. Rachael, Dr. Fry’s excellent assistant, subsequently found a good home for the horse. I most highly recommend Dr. Fry and Rachael to anyone in need of outstanding equine health services. Plus, the rates are very reasonable.”

“What great people and place to bring your pet they only charged me 188$ for 2 dogs to get neutered called other vets for getting a hold of pet pals, they wanted several hundreds of dollars for each dog. When they neuter them they also gave them rabies shots, trim their nails clean their ears. Highly recommend them”
