“This postal office gets extremely very busy especially on passport walk in days..I can say this, these workers handled thier job like a champ, respectfully, and take time to patiently listen to each of our issues,explained all my concerns well explanatory. I live in Cleveland texas and will not hesitate to travel with to this location when necessary. Highly appreciated 👏”
“I just wanted to share my experience here with Olivia and Auronia :) I had a big task at hand moving addresses and switching to a PO Box, I was already stressed and the rain didn’t help. lol. Needless to say, these women had me in and out and were so kind in the process. I don’t think people understand what these ladies deal with, screaming kids, rude customers, customer who don’t speak English and get upset that the ladies don’t speak Spanish… it’s a stressful environment but these women were still kind, professional and just made my day a tad bit easier with their patience and respect. Also! Olivia’s hair was BEAUTIFUL enough that I HAD to ask for her braider for my kiddo, instead of responding rudely or impatient that I asked, she was kind and had a smile the whole time. Thank you ladies for your hard work and dedication to the job! May you both have a beautiful and blessed day ❤🙏”

“These ladies are so helpful and nice. Have not had an issue at all unlike the Cleveland post office who I’ve had an issue with since day 1 moving here. These ladies always have a smile on their face and are willing to help, maybe they need to train the post office in Cleveland to learn customer service skills because the rude ladies over in Cleveland don’t know what customer service is. Never had an issue with picking up a package here. Please don’t change your ways ladies, thank you for everything that you do.”
