He spent 2.5 hours with us, holding our hand through every step of the process. He went the extra mile by helping us with Apple support, and we finally got our problem resolved. Nathan was incredibly patient, professional, knowledgeable, and also personable. He put us at ease and gave us confidence that he had our best interest at heart. “Chris and Team did an awesome job on my 22 Lariat. Had the Bilstein level set inastalled, 6112 and 5160 combo. Truck drives like new and handles so much better. Saving up to get the 295/60/20s to finish the job but so happy with the results. Gearstop got the parts and had it done in no time. Thanks again!!!”

“I want to thank Charlie for his exceptional customer service last night .He went above and beyond he deserves 10 stars. I also want to give Jesse as well high five for great customer service. I dropped my phone and rushed over to the metro off walnut and yeah you guessed it they were closed Jesse was locking up but called Charlie at the metro off 35 across from the whataburger in New Braunfels TX in The shopping center. Charlie stayed open to get me taken care .we all didn't leave till after 9 pm NOW that's a Great employee going beyond to make sure I had a phone and everything was set up .I was waiting on the survey and it hasn't came yet so I'm writing this review instead either way these guys are the best! Thanks Charlie! And Jesse .”

“I stopped by 7 Eleven to get a Cherry Slurpee Drink, on a hot day it is perfect and delicious. I love sitting in the cafe area. I tried the Shrimp Fajitas and Chicken Fajitas they were delicious. The music selection is wonderful the place is fantastic. The atmosphere is amazing. Customer Service was fabulous, Becca was very helpful and friendly. The place is so clean it looks great.”

“I am not a direct customer for this store. I am a door dasher and let me tell you. I have dashed to many locations and the gentleman that works at night is amazing. I’m sad to say I don’t know his name and I should be ashamed of that.
I just picked up two orders from this store. He was being bombarded by door dash orders and walk in customers. Let me say this man is an amazing worker. He managed to pull off all those orders and customers single handed. They rearranged the store on him and he was busting his butt to find the items. All while handling walk ins.
I know one review will not change his pay or position but I hope he at least gets the recognition he deserves. It is rare to find people these days that are as hard working as that man is. I applaud you sir and that isn’t something I do lightly in this day and age. 10 stars to you good sir!!!!!!”

Abigail went above and beyond on a return that I had that was a special circumstance. Teshawn started the process and Abigail went to check inventory in the back with no luck but made the return right with a similar item. They deserve some recognition by Target Corporate Level as well. If I was there boss I would give them both a raise. It would take 3 people to replace ABIGAL, was doing 5 different job duties at the same time.”
“Honestly, the best GameStop I've been to. Very clean and well-kept, with a great staff. The people who had complaints about specific people in the comments shouldn't worry, since these people (ponytail and green-haired guy) no longer work there, as the whole staff was changed up very recently. I shop here all the time and have sent things off to PSA with them as well. Can definitely recommend.”

“I have rented from Aarons previously, and it has always been a great experience for me. Recently I purchased a new TV, bed frame, and Mattress. Israel helped me with my purchases, and all went very smoothly. I was very pleased! Last night I went to sleep on my new mattress, and woke up this morning realizing the mattress that I purchased was not what I expected. It wasn't comfortable enough for me. Everyone is different; this is a nice mattress just to firm for me. I went back to the store this morning, and purchased an upgraded mattress from Israel. Instead of having to wait days for it to be delivered he had it delivered today! He definitely has gone above and beyond to help me with everything!!! Very very pleased with not only the purchasing of the TV and bed from Aarons, but the delivery process as well. The guys who delivered to my house; Mike, Steve, and Noah were very respectful, helpful, and cleaned up after setting everything up, and just very nice guys! I will continue to make purchases from Aarons. ? percent satisfied!!!”
