“Friendly staff. They were very patient with my dog, who is not a fan of veterinary offices. They were all very knowledgeable and worked with my current veterinary needs. What I mean is, they didn’t try to upsell, they listened to what I needed to get done (vaccines for kenneling) and didn’t refuse care or anything because I didn’t want the whole exam. I appreciate that, and I look forward to seeing them again when I return from my trip to get recommended exams and care for both of my dogs. Overall, great experience.”

“I am sad to hear about the passing of Dr. Elbel. He has been our vet since we moved to San Antonio 12 years ago. I have brought 4 dogs and 5 cats to him over the years. We always knew he would take care of them and not ring us up a bill with things that weren’t necessary. We trusted him. I could easily see the love he had for his work and for animals. He assisted all 4 of our dogs at their end of life. I am grateful for Dr. Elbel and send my deepest condolences to his family, friends, and staff.”
