“We are doing a total renovation on our home. So far we have purchased bathroom floor tile, shower tile, flooring for the entire home, kitchen cabinets and countertops from this Prosource. We love everything and still have more to buy from them! Working with Sarah on the cabinet design was such a breeze. She is very professional, friendly and helped out with any questions or concerns we had. The manager Eric was a huge help with all the specs, as well. I highly recommend this location!”

“Wow! I have hated our metal return covers for quite a while. Then, out of the blue, an ad appeared on FaceBook for installation of Worth Home Products. I ordered two to start as an experiment. First of all, I honestly believe a 10 year old could install these return covers; so incredibly easy. The appearance is 5 star. The quality is 5 star. My order arrived less than 1 week. “I returned a generator that was originally for family in North Texas. I couldn't get the generator to them. Unfortunately, I didn't know Lowes had a 48 hour return policy. It wasn't stated and it's not on the receipt. However, Sheraton at customer service and the manager Jay were understanding. Jay saw the generator was still in the box with the tape and straps still attached. He gave me the refund.”
“Yesterday my husband and I went to the Beltway 8 & Bellaire location to look for a tee valve to finish installing our bidet. To be honest, we were totally lost on where this piece was in your store and then which one to get. We had the bidet manual with us and also a picture of the piece coming from the wall. A gentlemen named Chris from the plumbing department helped us. He took the time (and patience) to explain what we needed, how it works, and answered all of our questions with kindness and respect. Chris was an amazing employee and we would like for him to know that we appreciate him. When we got home the part fit and our bidet is working!”
“First refrigerator delivered had dents in the door. Then replacement fridge didnt work. Third fridge was satisfactory and I was refunded 11% of total cost for all the trouble. So I rate the service satisfactory.”
