This location is much better than the one I am closer to. Worth the extra few minutes of driving. This store is laid out a bit differently than your normal Home Depot, but it's easy to find what you need.

I had a nasty black employee walk up and accuse me of theft in the returns aisle. She'd seen the shipping label, order number, and item. She was just being rude and spiteful, the person helping me was exactly the opposite. I can't believe this behavior is acceptable today.

Horrible customer service. If you going to be rude about curbside pick up, don’t offer it. I ordered 7 moving boxes (maybe weighing 3 pound max altogether) I asked if they could be put in the back seat. The lady then told me “I’m the only one here” rudely and left my boxes outside my car, walking away not even turning back. The Rosenberg location happily put the boxes in my backseat so no clue why it was such a hassle and why the interaction was so cold here. Will not be revisiting.

Every curbside pickup experience has been a nightmare with locals. Only once during hurricane beryl a nice lady from another state that was helping at this location came out meeting SLA time frame. But the locals that are permanent here DO NOT CARE, after waiting 20 minutes outside I always have to go inside to see what’s the hold up and I never see a line or that the team there is busy. Yesterday 12/2 when I walked in MAYA was on the phone hiding in the back where the items are held for pickup, the other man with long hair and a African girl were chit chatting gossiping and my items were just sitting there. I asked if they needed help with their curbside operation. Please managers be on top of this, set a goal to meet like a timeframe we should not be sitting outside for 20+ minutes waiting when it’s not busy I was the only one there for curbside pickup. As I was inside waiting another customer arrived and no one greets anyone and MAYA was called out by another employee that looked productive on the move so she can help the customer and she was still on her personal phone. I hope this location steps their game up with curbside pickup PLEASE.

Plumbing layout is interesting
Two aisles like every other Home Depot, this location has decided not to put them near each other

Made an order for curbside pickup. Waited in my car for 30 minutes. When I called the store directly and asked what the status was, they told me to get out of the car for curbside. I thought that was the whole point. Never ordering from here again

I was given a price to purchase and install 2 windows in my house. I paid the $40.00 to have them verify my measurments. I made 3 trips to the store becouse of a mix up, they lost the measurements. When I went back to order and pay. They had doubled the install price. The girl, Abby, admitted her error. I asked to speak to suervisor to help resolve what seemed to be a minor issue. I was hoping for a slight adjustment as goodwill. She didn't apologize and didn't want to do anything to help. I left message for store manager Frank to call me to resolve. He never did not call me. I'm so insulted. I own several rental properties and have spent thousands of dollars at the Katy Home Depot.
I'm not letting this go.
