This location was happy to see me when I initially walked in for the first time. “The agent who brought the vehicle out to the shop where my car was being serviced thoroughly explained everything. We went over the agreement and the car together. The vehicle had a couple of minor flaws; nothing serious. Everything was noted. I received the rental agreement in my email shortly after I initialed and signed everything. This was a much better experience than the Enterprise Humble location. Please read my review regarding my experience there in March - May. I love Fred Haas... that is where I purchased the vehicle that was being serviced. Thank you!”

“Our crew at work takes lunch here when we are working in Spring. The U-Haul rental is actually located in the gas station. Not the big new building they just built next to it. Family owned and ran business. Very nice people. The kitchen inside also has pretty good food. I recommend the quesadillas.”

“Sheree, the Assistant Manager helped me with the in person reservation and the return of the auto transport that I rented. She was ABSOLUTELY wonderful to interact with, and is the perfect example of what customer service should be!! She was very, very nice and is very knowledgeable. I prefer to rent from this facility vs. any other. Also, the Manager, Graham approached me as I was leaving and wanted to make sure I was happy/satisfied about my rental. He is also one of the most customer service oriented people I've ever dealt with. The two different men who hooked up/unhooked the trailer from my vehicle were also very pleasant. The Manager/Assistant Manager at this facility are absolute GOLD!!!”
