Very friendly Customer Service. However, no one at the branch is empowered to make any decisions. If you apply for a loan, and are a well qualified consumer, be prepared for either bait and switch or a straight up friendly decline. Great products on paper, but not in practice. Find another bank, or better yet a credit union.

My business is across the street from this location. I needed to go in there and get some change this morning & the 3 team members working were as friendly as could be. I was really impressed by just how friendly they all were together. Clearly, they were trying to give great service! Mission accomplished! Thank you!
