“Good experiences with this location. Had an account w/ this bank a few years ago because of the convenient location & hours. The only issue we had was fairly frequent charges that were not ours. As with any bank, always look over your statement carefully. Luckily, this branch assisted in reclaiming those charges for us. They also allowed me access to our accounts when I lost my wallet once I met their identification requirements under such circumstances. It helped a lot. The only reason we closed our account was because we decided to consolidate our accounts with a military financial institution.”

“Very happy with Alberto the branch manager at Wells Fargo on Spring Cypress! I didn't even need to go in. I called today to make an appointment to go into the branch to make a wire transfer. (I hate having to go to a branch to do this sort of thing so I asked about sending it online). He told me I could and then he walked me through the whole process. He waited on the phone as I set up my account to do international wires and then stayed with me as I filled in all the info to do the wire I needed to do today. We cancelled the appointment because I no longer needed to go in. So happy. Now I won't need to go into a branch anymore just to do a wire transfer. Yeah!”

“I have been a BOA customer for several years. I moved here from Las Vegas last year. This location has been my branch since moving to Texas. So, I recently deposited a check from my 401k plan. At first, there was a 9 day hold on the check. Obviously, I was not happy about this. After speaking to customer service and not getting much help at all. I was able to speak with the Branch Manager(Melissa) who went above and beyond for me. She actually called my retirement company personally to verify the check and speed up the process. She spent quite some time on the phone with them. Most banking personnel that carry her title are normally too busy to deal with such matters. She went above and beyond for me. The staff is friendly as well. It’s because of this that I will remain a loyal customer and especially, to this particular branch.”

We didn't have an appointment and before I went to a few other banks the same morning that just wasn't as willing to help us or said we had to make an appointment in order for them to help us.
