She is an expert in Finance and she is a Gem all around. Ms. Jo helped me become the person I am financially today and I'm glad to be a part of Energy Capital Credit Union. “I have been a BOA customer for several years. I moved here from Las Vegas last year. This location has been my branch since moving to Texas. So, I recently deposited a check from my 401k plan. At first, there was a 9 day hold on the check. Obviously, I was not happy about this. After speaking to customer service and not getting much help at all. I was able to speak with the Branch Manager(Melissa) who went above and beyond for me. She actually called my retirement company personally to verify the check and speed up the process. She spent quite some time on the phone with them. Most banking personnel that carry her title are normally too busy to deal with such matters. She went above and beyond for me. The staff is friendly as well. It’s because of this that I will remain a loyal customer and especially, to this particular branch.”
