I had a one way rental from IAH to this location. I returned the car on June 1. Jay was most helpful and his customer service was top notch. I was there and gone in minutes (if that) and Jay was one of the most pleasant representatives I have dealt with in my travels. Great service with a smile.

Jason works the front desk at this location and he is always so helpful with a smile on his face. We drive out of our way to come to this locatuon when we rent.

Only thing I don't like is office closes at 6 pm and if late than charged for next day means tourists should drive fast to reach on time haha vacation spoiler timings
