“Everyone here always takes care of me, let them do their job ! They were down three cars the last Friday and still managed to take care of everyone ! They had limited cars pulled cars from other locations asap flipped three cars that came in for returns cleaned washed gassed up and rechecked for safety in under 45 min ! Great job teamwork makes the dream work hope those pizza didn’t get cold on y’all i feel like they all worked throughout their so called lunch break! (DISTRICT MANAGER) give them a breakfast treat or take this team out for a movie and dinner ordeal on Sunday after they close at 2 they all deserve it after this weekend ! They got me to my shoes both days !”
“We had a blast on the Sling Shot. The service from Lit Slingshot Rentals was top notch. For a small extra charge they will drop off at your house and even pick up, talk about convenience. The Sling Shot was washed before it was delivered and full of gas. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys. Just make sure you wear your sun screen!”
“The agent who brought the vehicle out to the shop where my car was being serviced thoroughly explained everything. We went over the agreement and the car together. The vehicle had a couple of minor flaws; nothing serious. Everything was noted. I received the rental agreement in my email shortly after I initialed and signed everything. This was a much better experience than the Enterprise Humble location. Please read my review regarding my experience there in March - May. I love Fred Haas... that is where I purchased the vehicle that was being serviced. Thank you!”
“Oh, my! Everyone is so nice at this location. I had to rent a can for six weeks and had to keep renewing. They were quick to respond and very gracious. I love this location and their staff! I wish the airport locations were so nice. I highly recommend them!”
“This is the only location I actually enjoy going to only because of Melinda. She truly goes above and beyond for her customers, which I have not experienced from any other Avis location nor anyone else on the team. She is always friendly, always helpful, and always communicative. Unlike other rude staff I've encountered at this location, she truly does care for the drivers and goes the extra mile to provide the best possible experience. She never asked me to post this by the way, I just decided to show some love because her kindness always shocks me. Anyone renting a vehicle is likley already stressed enough, it costs nothing to be kind!”
“Used this location 4 times over the past year. Car has always been available. I can arrive and leave with my car within 10min. Drop off is also quick and easy. FYI - the entrance drive way is small and easy to miss so drive slow if using GPS …or you’ll have to turn around under the highway.”
