This store has almost everything you need for work, play, fun, and fashion. The gentleman who assisted us was kind, courteous, and helpful. We found the sizes we sought in jeans, shirts, and boots. We also witnessed people purchasing cowboy hats. There is an excellent selection for men and women. We will be back.

Great customer service!!! Save yourself a trip to Cavender’s and go to the Boot Barn. They have a great selection and knowledgeable and nice associates.

Most clothing lengths for women are 34 and I feel that they should have bigger sizes, and other lengths in jeans.

Best Boot Barn in the Houston area. Unfortunately I had a disappointing experience at a different location, but here the employees are nice and respectful. Jackie and Alma helped me when I went to pick up an online order and made sure I got everything I needed and I was in and out.

I had to exchange some pants. There were 4 employees working but no one wanted to help me because my 2 year old was upset. When one employee finally acknowledged me they said “you can just go find the pants yourself”.After walking around for 10-15 minutes, struggling to find these pants because my 2 year old is having a fit I asked if someone could help me, and they said “we don’t carry those pants, you have to order them online”So I must return the pants I ordered online (they arrived with a hole in the pocket) but only one specific employee knew how to process the return and she was helping someone else. I waited and she finally did help me but did not give me a receipt of the transaction.I completely understand that my child being in a bad mood is not their problem, but if you see someone struggling to find something it would be nice for an employee to offer help.

The store is nice and most of the employees are nice but the two young hispanic women behind the counter, particularly the one with extremely long nails (Id use their names if they had name tags on), are very unprofessional. I came to pick up an order and they stood there and talked and sat on their phones as if I wasnt a paying customer waiting for assistance. I also brought up a concern about the boots I purchased and they dismissed it as "they just look like that" which simply is not true. I tried the boot on in store last week and they were not scuffed up. I tried to discuss it with them but they started talking about the rodeo instead, dismissing my concern and passing me a device to sign. Pretty disrespectful and disappointing when I'm spending $300. Do better
