Went today to set up my teenagers account and Tyler was so friendly, helpful & educational. He was very patient with us & showed my daughter how to use the online app!! He even taught me how to use the track/plan option! Awesome customer service!!! & He’s funny too!!

Was in the branch a couple weeks ago, for a cashiers check. They were close to closing & still gave awesome customer service. Henry and Katiana were great at the teller window.

Such a great group of people that work here. Marilyn and Candy are always so helpful. Even when they are not there I've never had a poor experience here. One of the best Chase banks in the area
