Famous Footwear offers a great and pretty good selection of shoes and accessories, seriously priced, with plenty for others to choose from. The store is clean. Customer service is frequently highlighted as amazing, great, friendly, courteous, and top notch, with personable, knowledgeable, and professional staff who assist with questions, help pick out comfortable shoes, and help place orders. Amazing Customer Service! Tre assisted me today with an order for in-store pick up. His personable nature and knowledge of the products as well as helping me see if the shoe I needed would be a comfortable fit, made me sure of my purchase. Will be back to shop again!

Great service. Friendly, courteous personal. Unlike Foot Locker and Champs the young lady that assisted me answered all my questions and helped me pick out a pair of shoes that felt good.At the other stores the sales associates just pointed to where the Nikes were and walked away.
