Will was the absolute best helper in the store today, he helped me and my wife get our feet scanned and got his best recommendations and was able to help us both get our perfect fit, he was very patient and attentive to our individual foot needs I will definitely be coming back and will recommend to my family and friends 10/10 experience

I recently visited Fleet Feet in Vintage Park, Ohio. The store has a good selection of running shoes and gear, and the staff was friendly and willing to help. They offer gait analysis and personalized fitting, which is definitely a plus.
That said, the store felt a bit small and cramped at times, especially on busy days. Also, while the staff was helpful, I didn’t feel like I got as personalized attention as I was expecting based on other reviews.
Prices were about average for specialty running stores, but I didn’t find any standout deals. Overall, it’s a decent place if you’re in the area and need some running gear, but it didn’t blow me away.

The Fleet Fleet store was so busy when I arrived! I didn’t realize how popular it was. I only had to wait for a little bit but once it was my turn, Lauryn helped me get fitted and I told her my concerns. She gave me 3 options and of course I picked my go-to brand ASICS. She was very kind and attentive. Overall the store was very clean and in a great area. I recommend Fleet Feet for your fitness needs!

I just stopped in to pick up a new pair of running shoes. I was immediately greeted and brought 4 color choices for my size and shoe preference. I think I was in and out in 5 minutes.

I visited Fleet feet today for a pair of new running shoes. I was greeted by Lauryn who offered me assistance. She took the time to size my feet and offer a few different selections. My current running shoe was a Hoka Clifton 9 and I ended up switching to the Brooks Glycerin 22. She pointed out a few facts that I was missing out on and ended up very happy with my purchase. 5 miles into them and I’m very happy with my purchase. I’m always excited to go into Fleet feet because there’s nothing better than being greeted by nice people who share the same interests. I would definitely recommend fleet feet for any of your running essentials. Thanks, Lauryn…BT

I walked in at 11:59 on Sunday, I was the 2nd person in there. I had 4 pairs of shoes I wanted to try on before deciding which to get. Molly stepped in, helped me and never made me feel rushed, on the contrary. 10 minutes later the store was packed, I told her to feel free to help others while I debate which of the final 2 I was going to buy. 2 minutes later she was back and I decided to buy both the Asics Kayano 32 and the Hoka Bondi 9. Molly Rocks! So much so, I am going back in the next day or two and getting my wife a pair of the Bondi's.

Fleet Feet offers good customer service — the staff was helpful and attentive. However, the store didn’t have much variety in stock. I was looking for a specific color and had to go to a different location to find it. Overall, a decent experience, but I wish they had more options available in-store.
