They are AWESOME and very professional! They will tell you exactly what is wrong with your vehicle without charging high end prices like everyone else. They have been my go to since I’ve found out about them!

I had a stuck on oil drain plug courtesy of another mechanic. Luckily, I contacted Joseph and they were confident they could remove it without replacing the oil pan. The got it removed so quickly and we’re very nice and down to earth people. Can’t say enough good things for working with me so I didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg for replacing the pan.

This is a family owned, family operated business. They are good people and their techs are very knowledgeable. They work on my diesel pick up trucks all the time.

Hagens automotive has been my go to for a while now, and they always knock it out the park. Fast turnaround times, fair prices, and excellent technicians make the experience superb. Joey in the office always makes sure that we are well taken care of, and Randy the master mechanic at the shop is able to find, diagnose, and repair anything that you can throw at him. I highly recommend them all the way around!

Had my truck built by him a few years back I had to help him finish putting it back together lol fast forward to now all the parts I paid for he never put in I pulled the motor apart myself last week and he left all the stock parts besides the cam and the dod delete kit. I figured out what he did since he was building his LS at the time he put all the parts I bought onto his truck. Dudes a joke So if u like throwing your money away this is the guy to go to. I’m gonna see about a lawsuit bc I paid a stupid amount of money for him to get it done.

I regret taking my car to this place. It came back damaged and the work I paid for was not completed. When I brought this to their attention, they treated me badly and made me afraid of them. Don't trust them or you might end up like me.
