Every time we go here the customer service people have done the bare minimum and refer me back to my usual woodlands location where they are much nicer anyway. I bought flooring and service at the woodlands store and needed a refund for the service we decided not to use and they said they can't do anything at their store and you could tell they didn't even try to figure out how to help me. Several times it's happened, I think it's just the demographic that lives around this one honestly. Not blaming the company itself.

Went here to buy a fridge and dryer. They said they can get it delivered in 3 days. The day finally comes and they were only able to hook up my fridge because they had given the parts I needed to hook up my dryer to there first customer they delivered to that day. Then when my credit card finally came in the mail it had the wrong name on it so we have to call customer service:)

Six people waiting at the pro desk with one person, working for empty registers as contractors we need to be in and out of supply houses. This is piss poor. I've been waiting for 20 minutes and the first person hasn't even finished yet. I've been to many a Home Depot across the great state of Texas, and other states as well. This is by far the worst slowest

Worst store ever. Bought a refrigerator, was suppose to be delivered today. I was outside in my front yard all morning. I missed work today to receive my order. The delivery people text me saying they were 2 stops away. An hour later they texted me saying they missed me. They never came to my house. I called this store I also called corporate and they were no help at all. They called the delivery and the delivery people did not want to come to the house to deliver my order just because supposedly they came in miss me. I explain it to them they never came. They never called me the day before to confirm what time you're supposed be delivered there call me the date us to confirm on our received was a text saying there were two stops away and an hour later they miss me, now I have to wait another week for them to try to deliver it. They also said they called me and spoke to me and I had said I was not home at the moment when they never called me worst store ever first and last time buying from Home Depot will take my business somewhere else.

I bought over 20 bags of the 80lb gas at this Home Depot and they refused to give me a hand in loading them on to my truck! Over 20 bags for one single person todo is a lot will definitely be taking my business else where for now on! Just a reminder DO NOT Come here for Quickcrete! Bags they won't help

Worst experience ever! The people who work there are rude and literally try not to help customers and act annoyed if you ask a question. They don't have common, everyday products you should find in any home improvement store. They make you check yourself out but the machines don't work. And lastly, they rent space to solar, AC, and cleaning product vendors who harass you while you try to shop. Would give ZERO stars if I could. I'll never go there again. They will never get $1 of mine.

Worse customer service ever You ask for something and they will tell you. That's not my department and they ones fro me the department just don't want to help. This is on the Pros side Don't know why we have the pros credit cards when we are treated like we are getting things free

I purchase some Sheetrock and waited for over an hour, finally went inside nobody was even aware I was waiting for material, talked to a lady and she said it might take ten minutes or thirty minutes more not sure because the freaking manager won't come open the door. Looks like y'all need a new manager and I need to shop somewhere else

I was very disappointed because the security they had there was just sitting on her butt instead of doing her work . She was not even by the door . The worst part is that she gets paid ...this is why thing happen also because security is just sitting down.

We chose a set of French doors to replace our old ones on our back doors on April 17, 2022. There were 3 IN STOCK at the time of order. This Home Depot contracts with an installer who isn't even listed by company name or phone number on Google, and obviously aren't members of the BBB. We have been waiting since 4/17/22 for installation and today is AUGUST 5th, 2022. Neither Home Depot or their FARCE of an installer company (the ONLY one they contract with), have stayed in touch with us. There have been to date, 3 install dates. NOBODY has shown up on any of those dates nor has anyone from Home Depot or their farce of an installation company "Unique Skills" in Magnolia TX, bothered to contact us to tell us they weren't going to show up. The ONLY skills "Unique Skills" has is screwing people over! Management at Home Depot have no answers for me. Their customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. They have no interest in making this situation right whatsoever. I strongly recommend dealing with any other Home Depot other than the one in Spring at I45. At this point, I feel like they have stollen money and have ZERO concerns about delivering the product that has long since been paid for! And by the way, WHY is Home Depot using a company nobody can even find on the internet??? Doesn't exactly give me the feel goods! I will NEVER use this location again, and depending on how corporate deals with it, I may never use Home Depot ever again! However, that said, they're going to see my face EVERY.SINGLE.DAY until they deliver and PROPERLY install my doors!

The store has gone to hell. Associates send around and watch customers struggle to move loaded cages around to get to the shelves. 4 of them literally stood and talked about buying wigs to cover their Pink hair while I moved a ladder to get to a tote that I needed, then climbed the same ladder to get to the lid.
Then stood in front of the checkout blocking the self service checkout. When asked about restocking the bags, we were rudely ignored. "Yeah, I know"
If Minnie and Jocelyn are the face of Home Depot, I'm selling my stock, Not spending another dime and going to Lowes.
