I guess a valid passport is not a valid form of ID with the folks here. Common sense isn't so common. What an inconvenience, but Lowes to the rescue

I ended up getting help but dear lord it took 4 people who couldn't help to fine one who could. Usually love this place but lately it's not as helpful.

After 2 phone calls, that conveniently the person I "needed" to talk to was in a meeting, and 2 emails equipped with photos, I still never even got a call back about destruction on my property from a delivery vehicle. We fixed the damage ourselves. Disrespectful driver, disrespectful management.
