“I have done business here since 2002. Once, I dragged a sweater sleeve through very fragrant & oily candle wax & took to Time Cleaners without much hope. The cleaners COMPLETELY removed the wax & the scent.I was amazed.Highly recommend!”

“Amazing prices. They absolutely blew my old dry cleaner out of the water on pricing (the men’s warehouse cleaners on Louetta).
I will never go back to my old cleaner. Awesome fast service. I dropped off 6 dress shirts and a jacket at 5pm, it was done by the next day.

“I am posting here because of a recent experience that I had with this cleaners. I recently had a custom suit made and brought it to be pressed prior to wearing it for the first time. When I pulled it out of the bag after bringing it home, I was dismayed to find several small holes in the back of the jacket. Basically, the suit was ruined and unwearable. I brought the suit back to the cleaners and explained that I had never worn the jacket and that the damage must have occurred after I left the suit with them. To be honest, I felt sure that the situation wasn't going end well and I was prepared for this to be a very different post. Basically, I expected to be trashing the business for ruining my suit and not compensating for it. I am happy to report that the manager/owner called me in a few days to let me know that they would fully compensate me for the suit. We have been customers here for over a decade and I would highly recommend them to others looking for a reliable cleaners.”

“Shanaz was super helpful. I wore a shirt twice and got a bad rust stain on the sleeve. I had bleached it already and it didn’t come out. She said that she would try but it may not come out. That next time not to wash or bleach a stain and bring it straight to her.Turns out she got the stain out and I am super happy! Their place also sewed a button on one of my shirts that was missing a button for free. I will be a loyal customer and recommend using this cleaner and alterations shop to anyone.Thanks for the help!!”

“I have been going to this Express Laundry Center since I moved here last year. I always had good service and clothes were clean and done in a timely manner. Recently, they have hired more people but the quality has diminished greatly. When I picked up my clothes last week, not only were they not done at 48 hours, but when I came back several hours later to pick it up, some of my items weren’t washed. I will no longer patronize this location and encourage you to look elsewhere as well.
***Update***** I went to the Express Laundry Center in Conroe and to my surprise, the owner Robert (who was very kind and gracious) was there. He listened to my issues and expressed his apologies. The ladies at the Conroe location were amazing and happy to assist me. I will now be going to the Conroe location. I am grateful and appreciative of the time and care that was taken by the owner and the ladies at this center. (Also the Sawdust location would definitely improve if Rose came back, I’m unsure of what has happened to her.)”
