“I traveled from out of state and needed a dress shirt cleaned wicked fast and wicked good. Tide Cleaners checked both boxes in and I appreciated receiving a text message to let me know my item was ready for pickup. There’s comfort in knowing you have one less errand to worry about during Christmas shopping.”
“I had a great experience with Tide cleaners. The pick-up and drop-off were convenient and right on time, which made everything effortless. What really stood out was their honesty. They found cash left in one of my clothing pockets and returned it without hesitation. That level of integrity is rare and truly appreciated. Professional, reliable, and trustworthy.”

“Top notch customer service even when issues arise. We had a dry cleaning service recently, once we received our garments a piece of vest was missing. Call the store, immediately they were on top of it and within 30 min the staff located the missing vest. This is what customer service should be, solving problems not blame diversion. Rest assured they will take care of your garments!”
