I was charged over $9 close to $10 I guess. 1 item, a shirt to dry clean and press for that kind of $ didn't seem fair to me. Again I gave them a 4 because they had good reviews and I'm not looking to hurt anyone. I just think I was over charged but anyway thank you.”

“I am posting here because of a recent experience that I had with this cleaners. I recently had a custom suit made and brought it to be pressed prior to wearing it for the first time. When I pulled it out of the bag after bringing it home, I was dismayed to find several small holes in the back of the jacket. Basically, the suit was ruined and unwearable. I brought the suit back to the cleaners and explained that I had never worn the jacket and that the damage must have occurred after I left the suit with them. To be honest, I felt sure that the situation wasn't going end well and I was prepared for this to be a very different post. Basically, I expected to be trashing the business for ruining my suit and not compensating for it. I am happy to report that the manager/owner called me in a few days to let me know that they would fully compensate me for the suit. We have been customers here for over a decade and I would highly recommend them to others looking for a reliable cleaners.”

“Shanaz was super helpful. I wore a shirt twice and got a bad rust stain on the sleeve. I had bleached it already and it didn’t come out. She said that she would try but it may not come out. That next time not to wash or bleach a stain and bring it straight to her.Turns out she got the stain out and I am super happy! Their place also sewed a button on one of my shirts that was missing a button for free. I will be a loyal customer and recommend using this cleaner and alterations shop to anyone.Thanks for the help!!”

“NOT RECOMMENDED FOR TRAVELERS!!! The location was clean, the attendant helpful, and the machines mostly in working order. Laundry supplies may be purchased on site. There is at least one outlet where you can charge your devices. There are waiting benches and a table. However, it is a cashless business. You must buy a laundry card and add money to it to purchase anything, including the washers and dryers. You cannot get your money back off the card if you load too much. 👎
Response to reply: Thanks for making the cards free. The problem is that you CANNOT get any extra funds refunded. If you put too much money on the card, then you're SOL. Again, NOT recommended for anyone just passing through.”
