It seems like when you go to this store. Associates, don't want to help you with there's borders that come in and pick up when nobody is in the store as a customer service return, it is. It's to the point that I just want to order and pick up and not come into your. And the times I have ordered in pickup, they picked the crappiest, brokeness, inventory to fill the order and I always have to return it. I don't work for lowes and I do expect from a store to get decent customer service. And this seems to be a thing of the past with lowe's.

We come to this Lowe's probably once a week. We are always greeted and treated with kindness. Today Brendan helped us in the paint department. He was very helpful and patient, upbeat and kind. Thank you for your help, Brendan! So ready to paint my studio now.

I ordered a gift for my husband and the woman who brought it to my car didn't bother to remove the large green sensor. NOW I have to drive back with this huge thing to remove it due to her incompetence.

They got a new system for the paint. The problem is the paint you bought before the new system they can match. The name is the same but the color is different. I took the old paint can with the number on it and I thinking it was the same color until I touched the wall with the new paint and it's not the same. It's close but not the same. Now I have to paint the whole room. This happened twice.

This is a terrible store now - sold me $5500 worth of defective decking material and won’t issue refund .to make matters worse the manager Lisa wanted to return the defective material to the homeowner. Looks like I’m buying from orange from now on

Once again Lowes screws up ... Ordered on line, credit card charged, drove across town ... To a cancelled order. The website showed 119 in stock. Get your act together Lowes.

This is a review based on the Lowers appliance protection plan. When you purchase a Lowes appliance warranty and have an appliance warranty issue, you go to the Lowes protection plan company to arrange service. Initially they told me they couldn't find a contractor for weeks. After a complaint, they then found a contractor that has all 1-star online reviews who showed up and had to call someone to ask what to do. After opening up the freezer and closing up the freezer the gentlemen stated he has to order most of the freezer parts to find out why it's not working. While he was nice, he did not diagnose the real problem (a part changer who hopes what he changes works) but he did warn me that the warranty company from Lowes is very slow to approve repairs and find parts. In the mean time, the warranty company said to through away the food even though 20 cubic feet of food well exceeds their $300 replacement offer.
After 20 years of Lowes loyalty, their lack of ability to get management to intervene with the protection plan entity (using the Lowes name) to perform as any customer would expect is both unfortunate and a reason to never buy an appliance from Lowes again.
I hope my letter to the CEO prompts a change in warranty company!
At least Costco stands behind their warranty company and demands they provide the best service or replacement options.
