What friendly helpful staff! I was there looking for a drill attachment and couldn't find it. Someone walked with me to every place he could think it might be and we eventually found it. Way better than their orange competitor's service. I have to drive past the other store to get to Lowe's but it is worth it.

Return cashier was disgruntled and was showing it. Tried to trade in a craftsman ratchet and they didn't have the exact same one so no return. Threw the old one in the trash. This is why I prefer home depot.
