Went to look at artificial trees. The tree I wanted was sold out and only had floor display. The interaction I had with the floor manager, Herman, was surprising. He was less than personable and even confrontational. He got onto a family for stepping around his forklift. He seemed very unhappy to be answering my questions. I asked if they had a box for the display he said no but I could buy as is. I asked him if there is a discount for being a floor model, and irritatingly he said there is nothing wrong with it just no box, no remote to adjust light settings, and no paperwork. I thanked him and walked away. My husband and I agreed we should ask another employee since the interaction was less than friendly with Herman. We went to customer service and spoke to two girls and in the middle, Herman decided he was going to come up and confront us as to why we went to ask someone else. The interaction was uncalled for. Instead of heading to buy a real tree in their tree department, we just left. Herman's attitude to start left me feeling like he didn't really care if we bought a tree or received assistance finding what we needed. It also left me feeling like I needed to ask someone else because his attitude was unhelpful and confrontational. There is no need to follow us to the front of the store to confront for us double checking.

it's normal and frustrating to walk around looking for someone to help you, sometimes as long as 15 minutes, but they lost me forever at the check out desk dedicated to only self check out. I can buy stuff online and get that kind of service. Business 101, provide kind efficient service. When you had cashiers there was always lines, these people were avoiding self check out. Most people don't like it. I bought a lot of stuff at Lowe's but as of today I will move on and buy somewhere else.

Came by on Saturday to get some materials for a project. I spend nearly a hour running back aAnd forth threw out the store gathering everything up went to check out at the pro desk and requested a phone sale I was told nobody there could help me and that the pro desk is closed on Saturday to go to the customer service area. Upon arrival to the customer service desk I advised them what I was there for and was quickly ask do you have an idea? “Of course I was here yesterday “. After everything I was told no we are not going to do it because you are not on the pro account as a registered user. This is a on going problem with Lowe’s I love Lowe’s but the employees and pro desk must do better to retain customers. So if your interested in wasting half of your day picking materials to be told nobody can help you because the desk is closed when it clearly states other wise go to Lowe’s I’m going on day two of a one day project thanks to this

I had an excellent experience at this Lowes location. It wasn't the product selection that made the visit memorable, but the conversation I had with one of the associates. He made me feel welcome and a valued customer as we discussed our experiences since moving to Texas. He was so positive and eager to help myself and others. The experience was so refreshing.

Let me explain something very carefully. The so-called manager Jessica was by far the worst manager. I've never encountered a disrespectful, immature, unprofessional woman like her. The way she treated me and my wife. I remodel homes been doing it for 25 plus years. I will pull my account and my contractors account. That I have with Lowe's and never step foot into another low's again by her disgraceful attitude. I'm embarrassed I will call corporate on this matter. And I will let them know how I was treated and how my wife was treated. This is something I assure you will be taking care of and on top of that accusing my wife of something. Believe me, this will not. Again, we'll never step foot into another low's ever again. In my life, you lost a very valuable customer

Not really a hardware store. Employees are not knowledgeable about DIY or home improvement projects. This store does not have knowledgeable “old guys” that can answer a question. The feel of the store is a big box.The heat is killing the not cared-for plants. The parking lot regularly has bigger.

Friendly staff. Ample parking. They have a complimentary wood cutting service behind the lumber section. Video shows staff member helping to cut wood with electric saw to customer specs.

Visited two different Lowes locations in this area starting at two hours before their closing time. Could t get any help from any employees. Nobody in appliances. Asked for help and was told to walk all the way to the front of the store and have customer service page someone. If I’m walking to the front of the store because your employees are too lazy to find someone to help me I’m just walking out. Second store was this one and an older gentleman employee literally looked at me multiple times standing in appliances and never once asked if I needed help. Yet he asked 3 other customers if they needed help. Only to find him standing by the exit later taking to another employee about something is history about people changing surnames because that’s more important than actually helping a customer buy a dishwasher when they’re ready to buy one.And why doesn’t Lowes carry any dishwashers in store inventory? Zero! None! Ridiculous.

Every time I come in it is painfully hard to not notice how often and relentlessly the employees have to call for help from managers who never show up and never help. I’ve seen the customer service desk at a complete stand still due to one customer needing a manager who is missing in action. Do they just hire anyone to be a manager here?

Although I haven't always been a big fan of this store, my opinion changed when Brendan approached us on April 1st. He was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable information on lawn care and recommending a blower that proved to be a significant improvement over our previous one. What impressed me the most was that he took the time to explain everything in detail and showed genuine concern for our needs. Overall, I had an excellent experience thanks to Brendan's outstanding customer service.

I shopped for appliances and we were helped by the best sales associate! From his hello to his handshake after our appliance purchase was complete, Raul is the epitome of quality customer service in every way! He was helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. We really appreciated working with him! Great job, Raul!

What friendly helpful staff! I was there looking for a drill attachment and couldn't find it. Someone walked with me to every place he could think it might be and we eventually found it. Way better than their orange competitor's service. I have to drive past the other store to get to Lowe's but it is worth it.

I was in the store this past Thursday and came upon one of your sales clerks named Donna. Donna was so helpful in helping me find everything that I needed she went beyond. my expectations by not only showing me where to locate the items I need. She also gave me helpful tips in how to execute my project that I had going on. So the next time you’re in the store and you need help please ask for Donna her knowledge just blew me away. Lowe’s you got to keep her there, so don’t lose her. She’s a credit to her possession.
