Metro by T-Mobile provides excellent and outstanding service, with staff described as caring, patient, helpful, and great. The representatives and manager are always willing to help in any way they can, showing perseverance with technical support and phone issues, which they fix right away. They explain everything in detail and hook customers up with awesome deals. The store itself is always clean and has a friendly environment, even hosting fun events on weekends with food and drinks. Many customers have used this location for years, stating its service is second to none and highly recommending it as one of the better Metro stores.
This location has great customer service. The gentleman behind the counter is 10 out 10. He was very helpful and polite. The prices for the services are also tough to beat. I cant recommend this location enough.

The Metro by T mobile on Spring Stubner and Louetta is a very good store for service. I was very pleased with the young lady who helped me.
