“I've seen the comments about Fernando, and me family and I agree 100%. Very professional, super friendly (which is why we prefer his help). Cross fingers there won't be any issues, but if there are, he'll be there to solve them 💯. We were with Tmobile for approx 8 Y, and we don't know why we did not make the change before. Maybe he recently started and the opportunity granted itself. If this staff accepted tips, Fernando would be getting a real generous one 💯 for his great customer service and willingness to provide great deals.”
“Upon entering the store I wasn’t confident about the service I would receive. As there wasn’t anybody in the lobby to greet me upon entry. However the young lady was enjoying her lunch in the back and appeared to be working alone (so I completely understood). However, the young lady who assisted my with upgrading my son phone was very professional. She helped me to understand that my son phone was totally old and out of date, and helped me upgrade his phone without breaking the bank lol. We were there for a while due to some updates within the company and she accommodated us for it! I truly appreciated her for her stupendous service! She was amazing I wish I remembered her name. However she was great!”

An employee Alexis greeted us and as he took over talking to me, my aunt stepped outside to talk with her husband and when she came in I asked to buy the phone immediately. We purchased it and in the car I explained that the employee Alexis was extremely helpful and was offering me a really good bundle deal for $250. He did an above and beyond great Customer Service job for me for the amount of time required to unravel a mess created by another store. I had been told a good estimate of trading in my old iPhone for an iphone16 that I was pleased with. However on Sat June 21, 2025 I did return to that store to have an unfortunate experience. Brandon kindly was patient and kind and helped me resolve Everything for a non-techy kbusiness owner!
While there I watched him do the same for other customers. Having owned multiple businesses over 40 years I would Hire Brandon immediately and quickly promote him into a management position.

I had a great experience at the T-Mobile store in Spring, Texas! Rio provided exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain all my options without rushing me.
He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated. It’s not often you come across someone who is this attentive and genuinely cares about helping customers.
If you’re looking for excellent service, I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Rio. He truly goes above and beyond!

Bn lil bit elder or seasoned as I say by choice I'm not tech savvy went into this store not really expecting the best experience boy was I wrong . The young man Kenneth was very patient kind , caring and concerned about my needs. Met all of them easily . I have to say I wasn't happy about having to wait three days for my new phone to come then have to trek back up to have sim card inserted but I understand that part because of all the thief's wanting to rob these stores and not get a job like the rest of society. But nevertheless if you find yourselves having to get a new phone go here ask for Kenneth tell em Mrs Robin sent you, if he don't remember tell him the lady that bought him lunch. Yes I bought him lunch because I couldn't think of anything else to express my appreciation.”
