I have NEVER encountered anyone as caring, patient, and helpful as MD. I was switching carriers from Comcast to Metro T-Mobile. Comcast gave me a pin number that expired the very next day even though they did not unlock my phone until two days later. MD tried everything he could to resolve this issue over the phone rather than my having to drive back to the Comcast office, but was unable to. I drove back to Comcast, got him the new pin and in less than 5 minutes I was on my way home! Thank you, MD for going out of your way to help me. Appreciate your kindness more than you know.

I've been using metro for years, primarily in this location and the service here is second to none. Anytime I need technical support or help, their patience and perseverance is outstanding. I highly recommend this metro location!

I went to go pay my phone bill and the tall fat guy with glasses and I think he was a Muslim guy and said that he doesn’t want to take my money because I brought him 4 quarters for a dollar and he took the coins and the bills and then thought for a second and then said that they don’t take coins but he was just way too lazy to count the coins. That guy does not know how to respect his customers and treat them right he should not be working they’re if he is too lazy to do things and just wants things handed to him so that it’s easy for him but not for the customer but I think that it should be easier for the customer not him.
