We had the scheduled. Maintenance done here (the first) on our 2023 Santa Fe. They did not tighten the oil filter down correctly an all of the oil drained out. Now they are refusing to pay for the repairs. Please fire Brandon.

We got our Tucson from this dealership We first leased it and then bought it at the end of the lease. We are extremely pleased with the vehicle and the dealership has been great when we needed warranty or recall service or repairs. Extremely pleased with both vehicle and dealership

Horrible service department. The people are rude and don't care. It's gradually gone down over the last two years and today was the final straw. I do not recommend taking your car there if you want the job done right and want to be treated with respect. There are other places in Houston that provide better service.
