“I had my car towed to Discount Quality Car Care. I spoke with Jerry, one of the Owners. Luckily my issues were not major. My car was repaired halfway through the next business day. The price was fantastic! I was nervous because I had never been there and didn't really have a recommendation from anyone. When we pulled up the tow truck driver told me I was in great hands. She said this place was honest & they would do me right. When a tow company from another business gives them a great review, you know that's where you should go. I will most definitely be back!”

“Took my 2025 Toyota Camry SE to Smiley Body Shop, LLC for some custom body work — front splitter, side skirts, rear roof piece, and spoiler. From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and super easy to work with. Smiley himself kept me in the loop and made sure everything was installed just right. We ran into a small issue with the rear bumper splitter not fitting, but he was upfront about it and told me I could bring in a better-fitting one when I find it — no pressure, no hassle.

“Shawn is a genius! I had a check engine light on on my A8, W12 Audi. The dealership tried to fix it for over 1 1/2 years, yes years! I spent around 14,000.00 trying to fix it at the dealership. The last thing the dealership told me was that it was a cracked engine block and they had to pull the engine to verify it. I declined to do it. My lane assist was also not working and they said it would cost over 7,000.00 to fix. I decided to get a second opinion. I took it to Shawn. Shawn kept it for two days and found the check engine light problem was the the dealership had not put the air filter cartridge in the passenger side on the engine air intake. He charged 400.00 to fix a problem that the dealership was not able to fix and charged me 14,000.00. Shawn fixed the lane assist issue for less than half of what the dealership wanted. Needless to say, I highly recommend him! He's honest and he is a genius at auto repairs!”

“I had a dead battery in my Escalade and called around looking for somewhere that could both sell me the correct battery and install it. Another nearby competing auto parts store had the battery in stock but told me the installation was considered too complicated and they wouldn't do it.
I then called the Advance Auto Parts on Rayford Road. They were upfront with me that their system also flagged the installation as more complicated than a normal battery replacement, so they couldn't promise they would be able to do it. But the person I spoke with told me that if I brought the truck in, they would at least take a look and give it their best shot.
That attitude made all the difference.
When I arrived, the team didn't simply look at what the computer said and tell me no. They looked at the vehicle, pulled up an installation video to see what was actually involved, figured it out, and had the new battery installed in probably 10 minutes.
That's great customer service. Instead of looking for a reason they couldn't help me, they looked for a way to get it done. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and willing to put in the extra effort.
I will absolutely come back to this location. Huge thank you to the team at the Advance Auto Parts on Rayford Road.”

“Today I had the privilege to work Dan M. He was so helpful and explained what might be going on with my daughters car. I explained The check engine light came on and was flashing and car started shaking. We ended up at Kroger's. We called a mechanic friend and he reassured us it was safe to drive it to Auto Zone so they can hook up the handheld monitor. Dan M. told us it was the Coil 4 and spark plugs. Dan M explained it well and offered a mechanic business card close to his store. He provided the best customer service I have ever gotten from Rayford Rd Auto Zone. I swore after the incident with Howard I would never use them again. But Dan M. Changed my impression of this store. He definitely an asset to Auto Zone. I'm pleased to inform you, you hired a fabulous person who knows how to treat the women. It's not only men who use Auto Zone. Please keep hiring people like Dan M. He was a delight. Thank you very much for treating us respectfully and explaining how sparkplugs & coils work and not belittle us like his other coworker Howard does.
