“Drove over a median and broke the exhaust system loose from the engine on my 2024 Toyota Tundra. Truck sounded like a motorcycle. Dealership wanted several days and over six thousand dollars for the repair. Dropped by Ripleys and had them take a look. Received an honest diagnosis and quote within an hour. A quote that was fair and a small fraction of what the dealer wanted for the repairs. Walked down the street for lunch while they conducted the repairs and the job was completed in less than two hours. Andrew took good care of me at the front desk. Not many reputable family owned automotive shops anymore. Give Ripleys a try.”

We originally brought a car in for a pre-purchase inspection, and they did a very thorough job identifying a leaking valve cover gasket and worn sway bar end links that needed attention. We appreciated the honesty and detailed explanation of the issues instead of feeling pressured or upsold.
After purchasing the car, we decided to have them handle the repairs since their pricing was fair and the turnaround time was quick. The work was completed promptly, communication was excellent throughout the process, and the car is running great.

The service people are very kind, and helped me navigate the bay and the waiting area premises safely (I use a cane to walk).
Owner Tom Higdon is quite friendly, and Noah, J.T. and Tom Morse comprise a good, solid team.
The oil change and state Inspection was done without an excessive wait time.
The waiting room is very clean and comfortable; the bathroom is as clean as can be.
They offer a cafè bar and bottled water, and a coffee table loaded with reading materials.
I would trust them to work on my vehicle for just about anything.
Their prices are fair and competitive.”

“Amazing experience very fast service, I love that they send pictures of what they are doing to your car or a picture of what is wrong with your car, my plastic/metal under bed cover was dragging and they quickly fixed it with no issues, loved my visit here, I came in as a walk in as well. I’ll say pricing is well although this service didn’t require a payment which I was shocked about!”
