“My only issue was that I set an appointment and when we arrived they told us they could not do the oil change because the needed oil was not in stock. My thought is that when the appointment is booked it is done so taking my availability to take time out to get service done and not to have to return the next day. This was my third oil change and you should have been able to see if the oil needed was no longer in stock.”

“I had a check engine light come on in my truck and took it to Certified Techs. Johnnie was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and easy to talk to. After diagnosing the issue, he let me know there was an active recall that had extended the warranty through the dealership.
What really impressed me was his integrity. He could have done the repair himself and charged me for it, but instead he pointed me to the dealership so the repair would be covered under warranty and save me money. That kind of honesty is hard to find these days.
If you’re looking for a mechanic you can trust, I highly recommend Certified Techs. I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicles back here in the future.”

“We were travelling from SoCal to Florida. We got a ways past san antonio and my Sprinter based RV went into limp mode. I had just had a bunch of work done by a company in so cal and i was already suspicious of the quality of their work,so i needed someone proficient to sort it out. Sprinter Specialists took me in, found the source of the problem and identified a few other issues that needed immediate attention. “Robert helped me choose the best tires for my truck and get them ordered. The next morning, I brought the truck in and Christian Bros’ complimentary shuttle service dropped me back off at home while they mounted, and balanced the new tires and performed an alignment. The tires look great, the alignment job was perfect, and I was back on the road in short order. 10/10 would recommend.”
“I’m a senior citizen lady and I can always count on the professionals at Milstead to go above and beyond to help me with my car repairs. This is the only shop I go to because I feel they are always honest with me about cost of repairs. They r a family owned business and the guys are super nice and explain things in detail to me. I’m just on social security and it’s hard to manage monthly expenses these days. It’s difficult to find a shop that these days that are honest and take your circumstances into account. Jim helped me and was very kind and took care of my car situation.”

We originally brought a car in for a pre-purchase inspection, and they did a very thorough job identifying a leaking valve cover gasket and worn sway bar end links that needed attention. We appreciated the honesty and detailed explanation of the issues instead of feeling pressured or upsold.
After purchasing the car, we decided to have them handle the repairs since their pricing was fair and the turnaround time was quick. The work was completed promptly, communication was excellent throughout the process, and the car is running great.
