Time wasters a called about specific tires and he said he need look at the vehicle. So I drove to the shop where he repeatedly tryed to sell me street tires after I specifically said I wanted AT tires on the phone and in person. Ridiculous, I feel like they owe me money for my time.

When I arrived back to the location with the problem with my PSI monitoring system that gave me no trouble repairing it. The gentleman at the counter was very certious and listened to my problem. It all started with a nail in the tire. I will return to this location for any of my tire issues!

I set an appt for a late drop off. Was instructed to leave keys in an envelope and fill out a form provided in the drop box. However, when we dropped it off, there was nothing in the drop box. Then we called first thing in the morning to let them know we dropped it off and wanted a a/c quick check. Which is recommended and free. Then we get a call that it will be $211 for them to check it. Let us know that it was the compressor, but they can't not get the part, so they can't fix it. We were never given a call to let us know to look further to see what the problem was it would be a charge. On the website, it says there may be additional charges to fix the issue, but the issue was not fixed. So why charge me? They said because they had to use some mechine to see exactly what the problem was. That the free one is just a visual. Again, that is not what is stated on the website. So now we paid for them to let us know what we already figured the problem was and did nothing to fix it. This is the first and last time we will ever bring our vehicle to them.

Been here twice in 2 weeks. Robert, The store manager and his technicians are OUTSTANDING. I had a flat on a Sunday early morning in my almost brand new 2024 Toyota BZ 4 X EV and he and his team promptly fixed the flat . He also guided me correctly to source the spare tire and rim with best options which I did and am back here again today June 29th 2024
I will recommend this place in a heartbeat. Hopefully, they keep up the good work.

Jason, the store manager and his staff fixed my tire issues on a lesser known model-( A 2024 TOYOTA BZ4X model. XLE trim electric vehicle which unfortunately does NOT come equipped with Spare tire) on the spot with utmost competence
Will get ny spare tire mounted on the new rim purchased seperately, by them, too.

The gents are knowledgeable & have no problem explaining what needs to be done. Price (as of the 3x I've been here) are very close to what was estimated.
