Love the quick and affordable service. The corporate office REALLY should update the lobby. Other than that, the service, friendliness of the crew, and price is incredible. Pep Boys (at least this location) is far more affordable than any family or corporate owned location throughout the Houston area.

I've been coming here for over a year now as an Uber driver. These people have treated me right and help me out with the occasional minor repair, free of charge (seat belt. Under carriage plastic).

Needed an oil change and didn't want to pay dealerships prices and I thought of Pep Boys. Another quick and easy visit, super helpful and nice staff
