PetSmart is a large retailer offering a wide selection of products for dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles, and small animals. The store is clean, well-stocked, and has pretty much everything needed for pets. Many customers go for dog and cat food supplies and use services like pet grooming and dog training. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable, with some providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond to resolve issues. While some find the cost of goods and services like grooming to be a little high, others appreciate the good value of certain products. Services such as adoption, doggie day camp, and online shopping with in-store pickup are also available.
Best customer service. We had an issue with our autoship order to no fault of Petsmart. Doordash fumbled their part of the bargain but management at this location went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I'm extremely appreciative.

If you are looking for fish, Emily is very knowledgeable and helpful. We bought a tank to set up for our 8 yr old and she walked me through every step of the process. I cannot thank her enough for taking the time to explain what and how to help our tank be successful.
