“Came in for some live crickets and some driftwood found what I needed . The place is really clean and well organized. The place wasn’t so busy the time I went so I was in and out with in 5 mins . I asked a couple questions about some reptile things to 2 employees they were quick to point out where everything was . One thing I would add is that I wished the Brazilian rainbow Boa enclosure had a bit more in enrichment because it looked to have been having a bad shed because of the poor humidity. I do understand that it is a pet store and that the homes are temporary and designed to show the animals but feel like there needs to be a balance between displaying the animal and housing it properly.”

“Great experience today! They groomed both of my pets and did an amazing job. You can tell they truly care—patient, gentle, and attentive to detail. Both of my dogs came back clean, happy, and looking great. Easy drop-off, clear communication, and excellent service. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.”

“I was so impressed by the fish, plants, and reptiles at this store. The gentleman who helped us was super knowledgeable and the tanks were the cleanest most well kept tanks I've seen in a chain pet store. They had great selection and everything looked THRIVING, impossible to achieve without someone who really enjoys the work. I will literally be driving past 2 other Petcos to come to this one from now on. The guy at the register (different guy) was also really kind to a very excited child. 10/5 great job”

“We’ve been here a few times but Annie saw my boy last time and I have never been happier about the results. My boy is 1/2 Husky and sheds as such. Normally I spend a ton to get the ‘deshed’ which always results in days of shedding after. Not with Annie! She’s magical and when we brought him home not a single hair was flying for a good week! He smelled amazing & she made sure to take care of all the extras I had requested. I highly recommend CF and Annie! We’ll be coming back for sure.”

“Such a great PetSmart! This location is so great! We found a cute little “dog park” potty area, partially fenced, with artificial turf, a cute fire hydrant & stocked with poo-bags & a trash can. It’s well shaded and beautiful lined with flowers and shrubs. What a great addition to an otherwise basic pet store!

We entered and were IMMEDIATELY greeted by a super sweet, joyful & friendly employee! She took time to greet Barnabas, which is huge considering I am diligently taking him out for socialization (he was rescued from the streets and clearly experienced abuse at the hands of some horrible people in his first months of life - so this is critical to his healthy development), so big shout-out and huge thank you to the staff of this store. Everyone we met took the time to greet and gently acclimate Barns to friendly, loving people.

The store is so well stocked, organized & just fun all the way around. The vet onsite seems so well managed, clean and organized. I encountered a gentleman and one of the vet staff members and she was taking such time to assist him and explain the medication and everything they had done with his kiddo. Loved this!

They have an adorable setup for adoptable kitties and cats! See the videos. They had great deals on treats & toys! Barns got a fresh stock of toys & stuffies for a bargain - buy 3, get 2 free! We got Kong stuffies - 5 for under $30!!!

Great selection of food & treats for cats & dogs alike. I was impressed with the fish section - see videos! They had a crazy selection of cat trees - makes me want a kitty so bad!

All-in-all, such a great PetSmart location!”

“This place sells fresh water and salt water fish, products, and HUGE fish tanks. They have a wall of bettas. The tanks are clean and the fish seem healthy. I recommend it.”

“If you need a groomer schedule your appointment with Cathey. She is there on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Cathy was absolutely amazing with my Yorkie Olivia. The last groomer didn’t really want me to bring her back because she said that she is too hard to groom due to her anxiety and just doesn’t like being groomed. I explained all of this to Cathy and she said that she can understand Olivia’s issues and that it was ok.
Before I took
Her to see Cathy, the vet suggested that I give her some medicine to calm her before taking her to be groomed, which I did. When I went to pick her up, Cathy said that in the beginning, Olivia was just trying to nip but by the end, Olivia did well. I told her the situation about the other groomer and that when I picked up from her previous groomer Olivia acted like she was so scared and was so happy to see me. Looking at me as though she was thinking, I wondered if you were coming back to get me. Her haircut in which Cathy gave her was absolutely amazing. She looked so good when I picked her up. She was not shaking or acting out in any way. At the end of the day, Cathy said that she would definitely be glad to groom Olivia again!
