“Came in for some live crickets and some driftwood found what I needed . The place is really clean and well organized. The place wasn’t so busy the time I went so I was in and out with in 5 mins . I asked a couple questions about some reptile things to 2 employees they were quick to point out where everything was . One thing I would add is that I wished the Brazilian rainbow Boa enclosure had a bit more in enrichment because it looked to have been having a bad shed because of the poor humidity. I do understand that it is a pet store and that the homes are temporary and designed to show the animals but feel like there needs to be a balance between displaying the animal and housing it properly.”
“We’ve been here a few times but Annie saw my boy last time and I have never been happier about the results. My boy is 1/2 Husky and sheds as such. Normally I spend a ton to get the ‘deshed’ which always results in days of shedding after. Not with Annie! She’s magical and when we brought him home not a single hair was flying for a good week! He smelled amazing & she made sure to take care of all the extras I had requested. I highly recommend CF and Annie! We’ll be coming back for sure.”

“Macie in the pet supply was very knowledgable that day about what I needed for my aquatic pets. She even helped me select some little specific fish that looked exactly just like the ones I had that died. I was Very thankful for her patient assistance that day because before me she was helping some family buy crickets and yet she was still excellent with recommendations for me about my new little fish.”

“We had to drive all the way from oklahoma to 45 north spring, to this petco branch, they had a 6pm appointment and i know it sucks because most of the day is empty. But kuddos to the people that worked last 08/09/2026, i only remembered Larry and the other awesome staff there. They have been nice and accommodating, they took the time to give me the information i need, and took care of my puppy right away. I have been going to them for my other 2 dogs and i say i couldnt love them more. They take care of my babies especially my new addition to my family. They deserve great praise!”
“I took my dogs to get vaccines here and one had an allergic reaction- the store manager Tony was amazing and took my dog to the emergency vet-Petco covered the cost and offered for a discount for grooming - This was great customer service and I'm grateful for Tony and his staff on the urgency for my pet and will always recommend people to go to petco.”

“We absolutely love Heather at Pet Supplies Plus! She has groomed both of our dogs, and most recently our new puppy. She did an amazing job. Heather is incredibly gentle, patient, and thorough, and it’s clear how much she cares about the pets she works with.
