“this H.E.B location is one of the best supermarkets in Houston..
**the SEAFOOD department is outstanding. The selection of fresh fish, shrimp, and other seafood is impressive. Everything is well-displayed and looks incredibly fresh. I picked up some salmon, and it was of the highest quality I've found in the area.
*The DELI department is another highlight. Whether you're in the mood for freshly sliced meats, cheeses, or a ready-made sandwich, they have it all. The deli team is always friendly and efficient, ensuring you get exactly what you need.
*the PRODUCE section: The fruits and vegetables are always fresh, vibrant, and plentiful. I love how everything is neatly organized, making it easy to find what I'm looking for. They also have a fantastic selection of organic produce.
*The PRE-CUT MEAT section is another favorite of mine. Whether you're looking for steaks, chicken breasts, CKICKEN WINGS or ground beef, the quality is consistently excellent. The pre-cut options are convenient and save me a lot of time when meal prepping.
*fresh ground COFFEE and coffe beans: They have a wide variety of beans from different regions, It's a coffee lover's paradise.
*The CHEESE section is a treasure trove for any cheese enthusiast. From local artisanal cheeses to international varieties, the selection is vast and varied.
*PET FOOD section is fantastic! They have an incredible variety of brands and types of pet food, catering to all kinds of dietary needs and preferences. The shelves are always well-stocked and neatly organized, making it easy to find exactly what I need.
*ICE-CREAM section is a dream come true. They stock an incredible range of flavors and brands, including some unique and local options.
Lastly, the *FROZEN MEALS section is perfect for those busy nights when cooking from scratch isn't an option. The variety is extensive, from healthy choices to indulgent comfort foods. The quality of the frozen meals here is top-notch, making it easy to enjoy a delicious meal with minimal effort. MY FAVORITE is the Spring rolls
Overall this H-E-B Supermarket is an absolute 5 star Supermarket. Definitely recommend it.”

“I had to come on here and give an OUTSTANDING compliment to the baker who created my cake I had ordered. The cake was absolutely STUNNING!!!!!! I had such a busy day and couldn't make it into the store to order it, so I had to order over the phone. I was scared of how it was going to turn out, but hoped for the best. You nailed it with the turquoise, hot pinks, neon orange and lime green. All the extra details you added to it was "icing on the cake" -no pun intended! :) The photo doesn't do it justice at all compared to real life. My mom loved it and said it was the prettiest cake she's ever had! Again, THANK YOU SOOO MUCH to the talented baker!”

“This pharmacist is the best! Jennifer is quick to fill as I wait because she knows I drive there specifically to use her store. I pass multiple other CVS stores, however, I prefer to drive further for the great customer service! She’s fast, informative and saves me money every single time. Jennifer is very calm, even when there’s hustle and bustle. She’s great with the customers, answering questions and making the them at ease to discuss their meds, potential complications, etc. I can’t say enough positive things, as I’ve watched her deal with customers over the last year. I know it isn’t much, but I want her location to receive the sales credit from my transactions, as Jennifer is a hard worker and dedicated. I have to add that the other staff that I’ve dealt with have been fantastic! This pharmacist fosters a kind demeanor and the staff is a reflection of it.”
“About a year ago, I was convinced by my insurance to switch my prescriptions to Walgreens. I love HEB, but Walgreens is closer and my prescriptions would be cheaper. Worst service ever. Right now, I'm sick and had my stuff sent to HEB. Same friendly faces as a year ago, same great service, got my antibiotics in less than half an hour. I'm switching everything back to HEB. I'd rather pay a little more at HEB for a pharmacy staff who doesn't look at me with contempt for having the audacity to show up for a refill than ever walk back into their competitor again. Thanks HEB pharmacy staff.”

“This pharmacy has always been great and filled my prescriptions quickly. Recently I needed an antibiotic but was working long shifts, and I wasn’t going to make it to the pharmacy until 5 mins after closing time. The Pharmacist, Stephen, was kind enough to wait for me so I could pick up my antibiotics rather than waiting several days until I was off work again to be able to pick it up. I appreciate the staff being so accommodating and kind enough to do this for me. I’m sure this is not something they usually do, and I greatly appreciated it!”

They are fast, do text message alerts, and even caught a prescription mistake in the past (just one, thankfully). “I always find what I need here. While it is a bit more expensive than HEB, I think the quality is better. Also their flower department is hands down the best. I have to mention that you should always use the Kroger rewards card. Not only will the discounts get applied all over the store, but you'll earn fuel rewards. I filled recently and applied a 30 cent per gallon discount. Can't beat that.”

This HEB was My grocery store of choice in the neighborhood. Long before the other corporate entities let me know I’m not valued and now I will never step foot into another location.
Thank you for the incredible customer service actually having cashiers on the registers at anytime of day the superior deli, and a clean well stocked store. Would give 10 stars if I could.”
