“I've been a Costco member for over 25 years. Today, my RV had engine problems on the North side of Houston, and the repair place doesn't open until 0700. Pulled into the Costco parking lot and asked permission to spend one night. The manager was very nice and said they are happy to help members in distress. And THAT is why I will continue to be a member. Thank you!”
“The price of the gas is always good but they need someone there that you can pay for your gas for. Because if you don't have $100 dollars on your card the machine will decline your card. If you could go in and pay it would go through.”

“I've been with this pharmacy for the last 6 months or so. Just another pharmacy until.......Insurance dropped my insulin last week and I was in a panic. The lady walked me through the whole process. Wrote my doctor/Insurance on my behalf ,Went completely above and beyond with excellent communication. I wish I remembered her name, but she's an amazing person. HEB is lucky to have her knowledge and care.”

The doctor on duty was very helpful too. He helped Gio open the difficult tops on several prescriptions. Yes I definitely recommend going to this location.”

“I echo the thoughts of nearly everyone that had left a review about their encounter with Ryan. He was, without a doubt, the absolute best pharmacist I had ever come across. I did not go to the pharmacy often yet he still remembered me (and my name) nearly a year after a single visit. It really left an impression on me and I knew that he was someone that would take care of his patients as more than just a number in line. I convinced my family to switch to CVS and they loved him as well. Any time I picked up prescriptions for my parents, he took a moment to ask how they are, educated me about their medication, and sent me on my way with sincere well wishes for them. It really amazed me how incredibly well he balanced the ability to be so personal with his patients yet so efficient. I never had a long wait when Ryan was working.I was crushed when my insurance announced they were out of network with CVS this year and even more so when I heard that he was no longer working there.So this review is painfully late, but I really just wanted to leave some compliments here. If there is a chance that he reads these … Ryan, thank you again and again for taking incredible care of my family and I. You will be missed. All the best.”

“Hi,
I got new tires for both of my cars yesterday (8 tires total). The service was great, no issues. I ordered them online (see the sticker on your driver's side panel beside the seat for tire details) and confirm it before ordering. Chose my tires and paid online (turns out all cards are accepted online). I checked the tires before signing off for service, they were new (with recent DOT manufacturing dates). I also did not observe any new scratches or rashes on my cars after the service.
Do account for spending a couple of hours there during the service, even more so on weekends. You can do the drop off, but I chose to shop while cars were getting serviced.
Pricing is also better than a leading retailer, and costco offers installation and warranty (limited) with the purchase of tires. So those were a plus compared to other shops.”

“The pharmacy was very pleasant and organized. They tried to use a valid Walmart coupon but the system was not accepting it. The pharmacy tech also did not succeed, so he walked us to Customer Service and found a manager who came with us back to the pharmacy. He also could not make the system accept the coupon. They all apologized profusely. While the system was in error in not accepting a valid coupon, the service we received from 3 employees was exceptional.”

“I typically don't shop for grocery here, I just utilize the pharmacy. I'd like to just leave a positive comment. Each and every time I've visited the pharmacy I have had a positive experience. I live closer to HEB and could easily move my prescriptions there, but I don't feel the need to. They are considerate and helpful even when I can physically see they are busy. Kudos for caring to the pharmacist and pharmacy techs at this location.”

“We take our motor home to the Livingston area fairly often and we always try to stop at Costco fuel on the way back to top off our tank. We use diesel and they have plenty of room for a 40-ft motorhome with a toad behind it and we've never had any problems getting in or out. It's a little crowded sometimes on Sunday when we're coming back but have not had any issues and the area is clean and you move through there fairly quickly”
