Ethan with Rooftop was so helpful. He helped us understand what insurance would cover after a hail storm. I had no idea they would cover a full roof minus my deductible. Ethan took detailed pictures of the damage and helped me communicate with my insurance. The roof is beautiful. They covered our pool and made sure nothing was damaged. The crew did a great job and were all very nice. Ethan was never pushy and a joy to work with. I highly recommend this company.

We had hail damage, unfortunately and our insurance company was giving us a really really hard time. Drake from rooftop solutions was absolutely amazing. He walked us through the entire process as it was our first time going through this. He was incredibly professional and he took care of everything especially fighting with the insurance company to get our roof fixed. We will only use Rooftop Solutions and have referred many others to them!

Rooftop Solutions, Eathen Koester did a great job from start to finish. Meeting with our insurance adjusters, getting us in contact with an attorney when the insurance company denied our claim, negotiated with us until we agreed on a price that both of us could be satisfied with and coordinated the replacement process perfectly. The roofing crew was on point from the tearing off to the finished product. Our yard was exactly as it was when they started. I would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

A tree fell on our roof, causing damages to both the roof and interior of the home. I was referred to Rooftop Solutions after several roofing companies seemed to just leave us with a leaking roof and no real timeline on starting the repairs. Jacob and his team were immediately on-site and repaired our roof the next day. They addressed all of our concerns and even recommended others to repair the damages to the inside of the home. Everything was repaired within a week. Bonus...Rooftop Solutions was half the price quoted by the other companies. I recommend Rooftop Solutions for any project. Thank you!

Chris and the team were great to work with! I reached out to Chris and expressed my concern about a potential leak. He responded quickly and asked me a bunch of questions to try to narrow down the issue while trying to work us into the schedule to come and take a look. He came out within a day or so and was very thorough with his inspection. Chris was able to answer all my questions/concerns in detail and is definitely very knowledgeable and professional. I felt like he was very honest and wasn’t out to take advantage of us or anything and I trust we were being charged a fair price for work that needed to be done and nothing else unnecessary. Chris and the team worked with our schedule and got someone out quickly to make the repairs (which was also done quickly). The job was very clean and the end result was great (pictures attached). Definitely recommend Chris and the team if you want a reasonably priced company with great communication and very knowledgeable employees. Although, we hope to not need any other roof repairs done… if we do then we will use Rooftop Solitions again!

Mike T was excellent to work with when we had some rooftop flashing repair work needed after recent storms. He was professional to work with and provided timely and honest feedback on the required work and costs. I would recommend working with Mike T to anyone in need of roof maintenance/repair, and would use him again if needed in the future.

Cole Austin is the man that came to work on my house. Extremely professional, even when having to fix the mistakes made by the other company I had install my roof two years ago (which was premier roofing which should be avoided at all costs). If you want the job done right the first time give rooftop solutions a call! If you are in the north Houston area ask for Cole Austin.

We had a phenomenal experience with Rooftop Solutions. Mike and his team were a pleasure to work with through the entire process. They were so professional and helpful! They provided quick turnaround for the estimate and even temporarily patched holes in our roof before we had committed to working with them. The repair process was seamless, and we are so happy with the finished product. Our home is back to normal thanks to Rooftop Solutions after sustaining damage from the derecho storm. We will definitely call them again for any repairs in the future!

Tristian at Rooftop Solutions was great to work with. Professional and fair. I had a leak coming from my roof, Tristian was out the next day to look found my issue (a hole in the roof) and repaired it quickly. Tristian was honest and fair with his pricing. Next time I have a roof issue I will call Tristian. He also informed us of some hail damage on our vents. Thanks for the excellent service!
