The word is DISAPPOINTED with Sears Homecare, my refrigerator was damaged and it is Kenmore Elite, from the same company and calling them is a problem I have been trying to communicate with someone for 3 days and worst of all they just want more and more money, right now no they are useless. The repair man fixed what we pointed out was wrong but didn't look for any other problems. When my husband detached the washer to move it, he found two other obvious problems that the tech should have found.

3 MONTHS ago, January 29th, our washer stopped working. We contacted Sears Home Warranty and they assigned Nana Appliance Repair to handle the repairs. Nana required $100.00 before they would even check it out. We paid it and 2 weeks later they came and installed a part that did not fix the issue. I was told they would order the correct parts immediately and come back. Almost three months later and numerous calls to Sears customer service I'm still without a washer!For the past 2 months Sears reps keep telling me that they were going to escalate my problem and promised me it would be resolved and I'm still waiting. I keep asking to talk to a supervisor and they tell me they can't put me in contact with anyone else. I'm totally frustrated with such poor service and lack of honesty. I've been a Sears customer for over 40 years and was confident we would receive great service, I could not have been more wrong! I give up and we are going to go buy a new washer today (probably what they were hoping would happen), and canceling my Sears home warranty plan.

I didn't have them come. I called someone else and with the part it was only 83.00. less than your diagnosis. I will use the other company verses Sears.

Technician could not identify noise source but he did verify both motor and drainage pump were working. Serviceman did not look any further for noise source which he heard during his check. We were charged about $80.00 and our dishwasher is in the exact same shape it was before the call. Dondre was extremely nice but seemed unsure of his own diagnosis.

I was sent a used part. I gave it back to the tech. I requested a refund. Sears sent me another part. I refused it. It went back to KS. Then they sent it back to me.

Pretty terrible experience overall. My dryer does not dry clothes well. I bought the 5 year home protection master service agreement. Within the first year, a tech came out to repair it. He told me it wasn’t drying because I need to put more clothes in it. Apparently, this dryer cannot dry a single shirt but needs a full load of clothes to dry.
