“I am from Chicago while visiting Houston, I visited Ararat market. I enjoyed everything and they had very great options from homemade salads, breads, dips. We bought their homemade hummus, honey cake dessert and marinated steak and chicken kabobs, puff pastry, salat olivia . Everything was so tasty especially the kabobs. The owner was very kind and offered to marinate the meats for us. Our guests were very impressed by everything. I will definitely be back on my next visit.”

“We love Aldi. For everyday staples, I save money, get fresher vegetables and get special lunch meats. For Green people, Aldi has practiced being green for the right reasons, it makes business sense. They do it in a way that saves us money and continues to make them money. That is sustainable.”

“When I go to other food stores with same grocery list I pay 2x as much. I have been shopping at Aldi for years and saved 100s and probably now 1000s of $. I also prefer imported and organic products imported from Europe with 100% better quality and healthier foods as Europe does not uses artificial colors, flavors and preservatives. Thank you aldi.”

“This was my first time here. It was a unique experience. They had very cheap items. I do like the concept of the bring your own bags. The only thing is that it seemed not like a supermarket and more like a regular mom and pop market. That's not a bad thing for some, but I was just expecting something else. Still great though. The cashier/sticker was helpful. There was a manager there that just walked away when he saw us instead of helping us, so screw that guy lol.”

“A new concept for Walmart that targets the grocery customer specifically. Some hardline items available with a pharmacy as well, but it's really a grocery business. At minimum, it replaces the HEB Pantry that has closed in this community.”
