The cancelled my reservation and forced me to reschedule my movers because of the delay and now I have to rent another truck for tomorrow and unload the truck I already loaded today for movers. Kimberly made the mistake, Sharee defended her mistake, and Joe could give a damn. Will definitely NEVER do business with Uhaul again because of these 3 people.

I know its just a matter of principles but not disclosing charges regardless of the amount is fraud. Dishonest and the in my opinion the smaller the amount the lower you are. It just shows you don't expect people to react to your bad business. I reserved a trailer for 24hrs, 10am to 10am. I was onsite a little after 9am and she was verifying I would return the trailer at 10am and I said "I'll be done tonight by 10pm. What is the earliest I can drop it off?" seems simple enough... I was told that some people chose to drop off the trailer to the lot outside the fence, and that I am welcome to do so as well. I did not find out until the next day I was charged a "Convince fee" for doing so. Charge what you want and I would most likely have happily paid this fee. but do not pretend to do me a favor and charge me without telling me... it's bad business. If you cant be honest you shouldn't be in business. I left a message on their follow up system after the return and that they have chosen to ignore it. So here we are as I hope to discourage all from giving their money to a dishonest business. I would be less offended if it were more money. At least then I could understand the reason.

What ever happened to customer service? Picked up a truck and I’m disabled. They don’t even bother bring the unit to you and walk around it anymore. You have to use an app and haul the big sun visor off the window, which is cumbersome for its size. Poor customer service at the counter. Nobody was accommodating, nor friendly. Facility was beautiful, well organized, and very clean.

The lady was very friendly and she came out and helped put the trailer on the truck. Location's pretty bad because you have two dead end streets.

Our catalytic converter was stolen from our RV while it was stored here. We were even told that people could easily jump or cut the gate and do as they please. Now our RV is STUCK there and we have to pay for it to be there until we find someone who can repair the RV there at uhaul. THEY EVEN RAISED THE MONTHLY PAYMENTS ON US! Not even compensation like a month free so we can put that money towards a new catalytic converter. I recommend that people go get storage somewhere else. This is the last place you want your stuff being.
