First and last time at this store. Employees are rude and they lie to try and get your information. To start, I was looking at some products and checking out some scents and an employee came to the area I was in and decides to rudely reach across my face several times grabbing product, hovering and talking over my back while assisting another customer. Never used any manners to say excuse me or anything. Just totally invaded my personal space so disrespectfully. That should’ve been my cue to leave then. But nonetheless I get to the cashier to check out with my item and the cashier asks for my phone number, i declined and said no thank you. She then says i have to provide my phone number to continue with my purchase. I said that doesn’t sound right, you’re saying i have to sign up for rewards to make a purchase? Then she switches and says well you could even give a phone number for someone you know and says well you just wouldn’t be able to make a return if you need to, to which I responded with thats not true either. Then she goes well you can make a return but it will be for the lowest price. Just lie after lie. At this point I told her never mind and left without buying anything. I’m glad I didn’t spend my money here. Horrible experience and I will never return. The item I was going to purchase at Ulta, I bought from entirely different store where I felt respected and appreciated as a person and paying customer.

The one time that the stars aligned for me to shop in stores for the first time. Well it sure will be for the last time shopping at this Ulta and possibly all Ulta stores.
The associates working the sales floor were really nice. I had a good experience until it was time to check out.
Joshua was rude upon our first interaction and throughout the check out process. To close out the interaction, he threw the bag of items I purchased in front of me.
That sealed my decision in never coming back. The interactions that employees have with customers can be so short yet impactful. Joshua poorly represented the brand and himself in that moment.

Joseph was AMAZING. Period! Had so much fun while they helped me find the perfect products for the goals I was looking for! I immediately opened my haul when I got home and put on a full face when I got home and it did NOT disappoint! Thank you so much Joseph! 💖💖💖

Sara was super sweet, came in for a shade match & not really a makeup gal so I was a bit nervous at first. She made me feel welcome & all of my thoughts were made noticed. Great customer service <3

The employees are very rude, today I went last minute for a Father's Day gift, I don't know if it's because of my race but I needed help for the perfume area. The employees just looked at me with unpleasant looks and no one offered to help me until I had to ask a girl and she helped me in a bad way, not to mention the cashiers, they make it even worse, very bad customer service, they make you feel like garbage.

Some days I can shop alone in peace some days I’m being invaded by a group of zombie employees asking me if I need something. Other than that clean space, always has testers in place unlike other stores.

Me and my mom had a bad experience coming here, we both wanted to go to ulta to pick up her birthday reward. When I walked in the store, the lady by the door didn’t greet us at all until I looked at her and said hi. I felt a bad vibe coming from her. So we continued to look around, as we were looking around she was around where me and my mom were. Mind you we are Hispanics. It felt like she was profiling us and being racist. As when we went to the register, that same lady come out of nowhere and asked if someone helped us. We never had that problem before. I worked in retail before and I would never treat or make a customer feel uncomfortable. We just wanted to shop and pick up my mom’s birthday gift.

Omg went in today to get a few items and my birthday gift as soon as I walked in the greeter looked at me and my daughters a weird look and the lady that checked us out also gave a bad vibe and look like dk if by the way we were dressed or what they made us feel like we were poor or something people shouldn’t judge by the way you look or dress

Some employees are so..weird a loud and fake. I had to return something, the woman with a cake face and extra large lips black straight hair is like..what are you returning? Loud and obnoxious. She wasn't even doing my transaction. It's a bunch of weirdos pretending to be rich and they have absolutely no customer service. My dogs better trained. I always have this experience at ulta. They're now a store I won't spend my thousands on. Sephora is 10000 times better. The employees are just chill and don't act weird. 😒

This particular location is awful. The racial micro aggressions is beyond obnoxious. Don’t shop there unless you want to be asked if you need “help” 20 plus times, even while holding a shopper. I will never return to this location.

I love Ulta and was going to stop in to get some mascara. When I first entered, there was an overwhelming smell of perfume that hit me and I didn’t make it into the middle of the store before I had to walk out. I’m not sure if someone broke a bottle of perfume. I don’t remember an Ulta being this overpowering with perfume.
