8/7/2025 I went in to do an exchange and two returns, planning to use the store credit toward another purchase. The cashier barely helped, she just pointed to the general section instead of showing me where the item that i wanted to do the exchange with was, then gave me a rude look when I couldn’t find it. She also mishandled my returns, initially trying to refund one to my card despite me asking for store credit, and acted unsure about applying both return credits to my purchase. When I asked about using an online gift card, she said, “I don’t know” with no attempt to check or ask a manager. To top it off, with 15 minutes left until closing, she told her coworker, “We need to close those doors,” in a tone that made it obvious she was done dealing with customers, even though there were still 15 minutes left before closing. I didn’t want to cause a fuss since I was short on time, but I left feeling really annoyed and unwelcome. This isn’t the kind of service I expect from Ulta, and honestly, it’s making me think twice about coming back to this store.

Terrible service. The woman handing out shopping bags at the entrance today, Tuesday, August 5th, didn't even move to help the few people inside the store, and none of the people wearing black were helpful. I went to buy a perfume, and no one came over to help. The perfume section was empty, and the shelves were dirty.

I love shopping here. As soon as you walk in, someone offers to help you find a product that's right for whatever you're looking for. They are helpful at suggesting makeup and skincare without pressure to buy anything. I can get lost in here for a few hours, the product choices are amazing. I know I am getting more than what I pay for.

I came to the store to get my birthday freebie. While standing in line, I was looking at the birthday freebies they had displayed on the shelf near the checkout. I grabbed the travel size perfume to see what brand it was, and immediately got yelled at by a lady with the pink hair. This was embarrassing because the tone in her voice made it seem as if we were going to steal when we were just looking. Due to the embarrassment my daughters and I ended up leaving.

I went to get my hair styled by Evan. He is amazing!!! A perfectionist. I am 72 and this is the best haircut I have ever had. Also, every time I go to Ulta I am greeted and never have any issues getting the help I need.

Me and my bestfriend was going to Ulta for the first time to look at Serena Williams product WYN ,When We met the most amazing employees name Jamie Baker and Genesis. They help me feel very comfortable and welcomed also gave me tips as a beginner doing make up. These employees need a raise A1 customer service

Seems like it is a common thing based on previous reviews. I greeted front associates as I walked in, no response. I waited in line (no one was in front of me) the two short and chunky associates (if I had their name I would use that instead of these descriptions) ignored me for about five minutes. While doing my return they kept looking at me as if I was crazy and seemed to be making jokes as I shopped. These ladies seem to probably not like themselves very much that they have to be rude to others despite someone being polite and patient. The store itself did not have testers for a loooot of perfumes and they needed to restock a lot of items as well. The lady who completed my purchase in the end, chick with red hair, was ver nice. I’ve been to this store before and had I believe positive experiences but those two short chunky ladies should learn to fix their insecurities to avoid being so spiteful to others

I have been racial profiled at this store twice and followed by their pitiful looking security guard. I get there’s a lot of theft. However, everyone do not steal. I walked out empty handed and spent my money elsewhere. I would rather inconvenience myself and drive to the willowbrook location.
